@arubinoakuma pointed out to me that real Ciel’s bones are showing in the artwork. I went back to my saved pic and turned my phone around. Well, damn.

It’s easier to see when it’s upside down, so here’s the original on the left and the flipped version on the right. Click to enlarge, if needed.

On the inverted one, you can see his spine and the bottom of a rib just below the picture frame.
