Unholy Trinity and the Garm chewtoy (Dragon's Dogma)

While I am working on multiple things, I do have a bit of Dragon's Dogma energy in me, with me getting back into DD2 as a sidegame and all the DLC hype. So I made another really dumb crossover comic with my Unholy Trinity in the Dogma setting.

Ironically even if its a 3 Arisen, 1 pawn situation, I still feel like many can relate to the action itself of someone getting dragged across the map by a damn Garm XD

Also funnily enough, without colors this could be either the Bathalli desert or even BBI XD (ignoring some of the DD2 armors)

OK SO, apparently DRAGON'S DOGMA 2 is FINALLY GETTING A DLC AND HOLY SHIT IM SO EXCITED AAAAH!- cough- anyway:

I seriously cant believe that I got back into the game yesterday, mostly to level up my alt accounts I made exclusively for the game when it came out, I complained and cried in the corner that we are never getting a DLC at this point, AND THE DAY AFTER, Capcom drops THIS NEWS

Norse-esque frost area(my favorite thing ever in fantasy stuff) new monsters, story and an actual endgame to the game!!!

Beyond excited, now Im just gonna be impatient as hell for it, but by all means I want them to cook as much as needed XD

As far as the piece goes Dragon's Dogma 1 and 2 are my favorite games to have my Unholy Trinity remade in (only games where I can have all 3 at the same time in a party) so I had to sketch something up with them to celebrate.

Orpheus and Eurydice sketch (Hades)

Man, this duo might be one of my biggest standouts of the game. Absolutely LOVED these 2 and how they work in the story. And my god their "Good Ridance "song, gets my eyes all teary whenever I listen to it. I cant even begin to explain how much that song touches me from a vocal/melodic standpoint...especially when they pull a duo.

Zag and Dusa sketch colored(Hades)

Think i made like 6 uncolored Hades themed pieces, felt like coloring one.

Starting with this one.

Welp, today I "beat" Hades! Gotta say, this game and its narrative is damn spectacular, the way it integrated the endgame loop and the buildup to whatever true ending is gonna be reached, absolutely briliant! It has been an incredible experience so far. And im looking forward to properly beat the game.

Some Furies shenanigans (Hades)

Wanted to do something with the Furies since I fought them all a few days ago using the heat system (was pleasantly surprised by that and the dialogues from that)

On a bit of a "bummer" note, when I was looking for references of the 3 I found a comic that basically did my dumb scene idea not only better in art but also in presentation XD. I still went with making my own still, cause I wanted to draw the 3 sisters XD Im sure someone will get a kick of this version

Also big props to Tisiphone the MVP, finally getting Zags name right! I LOVED when the joke played out after a few runs.

So! Today I finally got the Meg romance done (woohoo!) Abosutely LOVED how it was structured, a nice slow burn that really feels very intimate and authentic from their many interractions. Adored how emotionaly mature it felt trough the whole thing, and the structure to bring it back together. I might do more romantic themed art with these 2 in the future, but for now, my focus will be on getting the other "Top" side of this Bottom sandwich! Thanatos!

Ok, so managed to get all the main Hades themed sketches off my list. I have a few more in store if I feel the inspiration (more with Meg and Than for sure) Hopefuly Ill also get to color these ones, like the Meg and Zag piece I posted a few days ago.

Today I actually did my first successful Escape run and I also got the first Abmorsia part of Meg's romance, wich im very excited about...Thanatos is still a work in progress, strugling to get enough events with him to give him Nectar for the first hearts XD

Main goal is to have Zag be a bottom sandwich with Meg and Than being the two pieces of "top" bread XD Def planning to do a celebratory piece of that once Im done.

Also loving how every characters arc is developing simulatiously in this game, really love the structure of this game's story!

Zagreus and Hades sketch (Hades)

Still trying to bank on my current Hades hype as inspiration, so I made another piece. this time with the Dude of the title himself XD

Gotta say, really love the relationship between these two in the game, its very goofy XD

Only managed to get to his second phase tho on my "actually trying" runs, guy is rough, at least he is after all the other stuff I had to get trough to get to him XD

buuut I get it, thats how the genre is, Ill adapt.

Zag and Dusa sketch (Hades) Trying to capitilize on my Hades hype at the moment so I squeezed in a new Hades themed sketch today!

Dusa is one of my absolute fav things in this game and she has NO right being THAT adorable!

Was temped to either do this or a Zagreus vs Hades piece, since today I reached him and almost beat his second phase, but I was more in a cute sketch mood. Ill leave the action piece to my last Meg v Zag one XD

Wanted to color this sketch before going back to "no-life" this game XD

Met Meg's sister's today as well on a few runs, they are fun. but Id rather fight her XD

Altho now Im trying to get a romance going and its a very slow burn XD (doesnt help that Meg isnt always in the hub)

Sooo, i had this game in my library for a bit now, and I only wanted to start it in a special moment, cause Im very much in love with the Art and character designes before I ever touched the game XD

Finally decided it was time and, as expected, I'm loving it. Music, Voice acting, Characters the art design its alll top notch.

Felt like sketching something up before continuing to play this thing.

Also loving Zag as a Protag, very charming fellow.

X-men (Marvel Earth-9115) composition finished

I DID IT Its 4am but I finally finished this damn piece that has been haunting me for like a year now(I think, at this point i cant remember when I drew it XD)

Anyway, it could have been done better, but Im honestly just happy I finished it.

Ok last part of the piece is worked on...soon Ill actually have to color all of these 17 X-men XD (help)
