Ok, not in a Darksiders mood, but Im loving how you structured this, and as a big DS fan Im COMPELLED to participate XD
1. Im a big fan of Joe Madureira (he is one of my main artistic inspirations, and one of the main influences of my artstyle). So I learned he worked on some games, Darksiders, I saw the Second one, fell in love with Death's design and the rest is history XD
2. At this point its a tie between Death and Fury. I might like drawing Fury a bit more often, but I adore Death and I like his writing slightly better.
3. Rampage, still REALLY mad we never got the chance to ride em.
4.I'll go with War's, what can I say, I have a weakness for the Balrog look!
5.UGH, this one is tough, used to be a bit of a tie between Fury and Strife, but I really love how they redid War's abyssal in Genesis, so...Ill prolly say Strife, but all 3 are very close (honestly they need to redo Death's as well XD)
6. Played all of them, Started with 2 then 1, 3 and Genesis
7. Its a tie between 2 and 3. I like 2's more fantastical elements and the more crouded multi enemy combat, but I disliked the padding on the first 2 chapters that made the later ones feel way too short/unfinished, and blasphemy ahead, I didnt like most of the puzzles, im just bad at those regardless of how many times I solve them XD. 3, while I disliked how they awkwardly condensed the fights by making them more one on one types like a soulsgame almost(whip can still dish some good aoe stuff) and the spells on the "battlemage" were very lacking compared to the "necromancer" in 2. But I loved how it was more condensed, snappier, and honestly 3 is my most replayed game period, think I replayed it like 10 times XD
8. Ulthane from 1, Belial from 2, Acarice from 3, Moloch from Genesis
9. The main theme from Genesis (honorable mention to the Astarte theme as a very close second)
10. "This is no place for a horse", the classics
11. Anything from Ulthane regarding angels, I find him calling them pigeons funny
12. The Griever in 1, The Noss in 2, Gluttony in 3. Dont think I hated any in Genesis
13. my unfit ass ain survivin none of them, maybe War, he is wide enough, maybe have a very reinforced backpack to fit me in XD
14. If I were human, none, if I was like in a survivable position, prolly Death or War/Strife in genesis, has the most visual veriety and I always prefered the Fantasy side of the series over the post-apocaliptic stuff
15.Too many I love. Outside of Death and Fury, Id say the characters I mentioned in answer 8, altho I prefer Thane's design/character more than Ulthane
16. I guess it would be neat to Live in the Maker's place if we exclude the corruption stuff.
17. Vulgrim. altho I do like my homeboi ram-man
18. After 3 prolly Fury. Death would prolly smell a lot anywayXD
19. Definitely not human considering the cards they have in the current games XD . Probably one of the non hostile creatures in the non war infested parts of the setting (too rusty on any of them rn, havent played a Darksiders game in a few years XD
20.I honestly want there to be coop and it to be really solid and have combo potential between the 4 (basically an improved genesis) and for the love of god give Fury strong Aoe skills like her brothers and make her Whip be more heavy loaded with combos. I feel like that was one of the main things that held her combat back compared to all the other games. Also Im hoping they are all on an equal footing powerwise in the 4th game. I feel like Genesis made War and Strife feel pretty close in performance, so I like to believe we will get something like that.
