I’m reblogging this not because I intend to watch it but because one doesn’t need to watch it to appreciate the fact that it exists. Someone made this. Someone wanted to attempt to replicate what the Tallest went through for those three hours, using the limited portion of the event we were shown in the episode. The result is what is surely maddeningly repetitive—which is, of course, the very point of the joke itself. The Tallest probably thought their plan to ‘see how long we can ignore him before he shuts up’ would be funny and entertaining. After several minutes, the exercise probably became something more of a point of honor—neither one wanted to be the one to tell Zim to shut up, or wanted to make Zim think he was getting attention. Then, it became an endurance test. Much like actually sitting and watching this video would be. How long can you take it before you go crazy and start shouting or turn it off? Truly this is a surreally wonderful thing to have found.
