this is a miserable long shot but i remember reading poetry that was a kind of found record/diary/assemblage of many years of hearing voices/hallucinating. i remember being vividly interested in the structure and form, which was like a stream of consciousness that also used the whole page, and recorded thoughts, conversation, snippets of phone calls, sounds, and so on. a lot of illustrative use of punctuation. it was long, it was not a short collection of poetry, nor were they really individual poems. poetry isn't the right word. the artist was definitely mentally ill, maybe schizophrenic. it was a very yellow pdf and almost no one has heard of it. most probably a pre-2000s thing?
