Haven't been satisfied with my work (and it's caught up to me (again))

Does anyone have any tips for drawing faster? ...with it.. still looking decent, or at least interesting to look at, at least

I think I also need to work on my rendering and overall visibility? It's all so muddled, it seems.. I have to do some studying again grr.. but it takes so much time and energy I *do not* have
