This is a scam-tactic. Do not reply or dm back such accounts.
Been seeing the same copy-paste messages across tumblr in comment sections, but this is the first time I get one of them in my ask box.
Such messages may also say “I can’t dm you and I don’t know why???” at the end
Yup. If you interact they will send you a fabricated "screenshot" of incriminating evidence about your blog, along with emergency time sensitive instructions to save your blog before it's too late.
Just block and report.

Learning the different ways people try to scam on tumblr everyday, usually they do sound sus but I always try to look them up to be sure. Thank god for the people who post stuff like this, it’s so helpful fr fr 💙
