A few years ago, I got depressed. Every day I drove on the same road. A road with trees next to it. And every day I wondered what it would be like to crash against one of those trees. Whenever I had a fight with my mom, grandma, brother, or my friends the trees basically kept calling my name. But my will to live was stronger than the trees calling me.
I got over my depression and my suicidal thoughts.
And thenā¦
My life was kinda perfect at the moment. Over my depression, dealing with my moodswings in a healthy way, loving my body, doing good at uni, doing good in love and just enjoying my life.
But then, I crashed against a tree. Not on the same road but stillā¦
I survived. Donāt ask why, but I survived.
I broke over 40 bones in my body and 9 months later Iām still recoveringā¦
The thing that was my wish one time, became my biggest nightmare the next time.
I got what I always wanted. I got to see how my friends and family would react when I finally crashed against a tree. Did I got it at the time I wanted it?
NO!!!
Did I want it at the moment it happened?
NOā¦
But I got what I wished for and belief meā¦ IT SUCKS!!!!
It sucks being in pain 24/7. It sucks havig to ask your family for helps because you canāt do anything by yourself. It sucks to be dependent of others!
I wish I never wished for it to happen. But it did. And it learned me a lot of things.
Always be careful what you wish for. It may come true. And when it does come true, it could be that you donāt even want it to happen!
