I actually don’t think I’ve seen someone try so hard to look like a badass as I did then as a teenager–it’s no wonder I got turned down all those times at auditions,” Ohkyung said with a dry chuckle.
“you were young. i think most young people go through a phase. yours just happened to be a bad boy phase. nothing to be ashamed about. if anything it seems to give you a good laugh.” she said turning away with a smile. there were definitely things she regretted doing. looking back she could see how stupid it was. but when your young you don’t know or just don’t care. she turned back around with a questioning look. “but what’s so appealing about being a bad boy?”
when sohui was young she always wanted a cat, or a dog. (or really any animal.) but between her long hours of studying and her parents constantly at work she never got the cat she dreamed of since she was 5. and even after she left home she was constantly practicing, and never home long enough to care for a cat. (not even a fish. may mr. bubbles rest In peace. alhough it could have just been because she doesn’t know how to care for a fish.)
instead of getting a cat of her own she went down to the local cat cafes. you could say she was in heaven. even now she enjoys going to the cat cafes to have a bite, alone and sometimes with a friend. today she decided she wanted to bring a friend. maybe share the joy that cats brought her.

“you know i’ve missed you, right?” sohui said smiling up at the younger man. she’s seen him grow up. she’s known him for ten years to be exact. as the brother of her former group member she feels the need to care for him. and just because she wasn’t under spotlight anymore didn’t mean she still didn’t care for her members. and the siblings of her members were no exception. she helped him the way she wished others would have helped her when she first debuted. she was happy when they had the time to have dinner. they just sat and talked. “but you know how the companies like keeping us busy?” // @rvsowon
“some days i really regret having a business email,” jina admitted with a long-suffering sigh. “i just got three brand deal offers today, and one of them was for one of those stupid teas. i work for an athletics company– you really think i’m going to give the ok for one of those teas? it’s madness.”
she’s never had a business email. it’s always been her company that controlled the business aspect for her. “get rid of it. or block the companies you want nothing to do with. that stupid tea company is still a buisness wanting to make money. how they get that money may be a scam. but they now that there is someone out their willing to endorse them. you can’t blame them for trying.”

“idol project groups are such a scam,” liyang whined. “i train for almost ten years, and get baseline success when i debut, but these people go on a show for two months and explode to the moon? that’s not fair at all.”
sohui has learned the hard way that the career she’s chosen will never be fair. heck life isn’t even fair. “no one said things would be fair.” she was an idol for 9 years. half those years haze was on a hiatus. all her training had gone to waist. “but you have to pick yourself up and try your best. that’s all you really can do.”
