I think it's a little bit funny and a little bit fucked up that a friend who's known us for... Idk probably around 12 years now, with off and on contact, recently learned we were a system. They looked at our Simply Plural and immediately said "why is Church not listed on here? WAIT WHY IS WASH ALSO NOT ON HERE?!"
Like, bitch?? We don't TALK ABOUT THAT!!!!
We didn't know we were a system until like 4 years ago! There's no way we can COPE if we acknowledge The #1 DiD Guy of All Time in the back of our head. That's a hydra we don't need to poke, thanks!!!!!!

'names Agent Indiana, Indie for short, i didn't talk much, and was a TANK compared to most other freelancers.
white armor and purple highlights. also had black-tinted out visor to myself from flashbangs.
t'was an innerestin' "storyline."
nyways.
the main reason i wanted to share this is. uh. well, i died...then came back from the impossible.
my uh. head got blown off by a sniper.
i couldn't take cover in time. think my oversheild upgrade malfunctioned or somethin'.
the last thing i yelled, accordin to someone who remembers me, was, “I'M FUCKIN INVINCIBLE!!!”
that was ironic as hell.
...paraphrasing here, but some essentially said;
no one's ever seen an AI scream in rage and send that many robotic soldiers in one direction at once.
after a bit, i came back somehow, don't remember how of what happened. but i remember that i came back...
anyways, thats how i got my irrational fear of sniper weapons / snipers!

I’m a Simmons fictive who’s been influencing/cofronting in this system for over 15 years and I’ve gotten a lot more time to myself as of late. With it comes a near painful yearning for a certain dumbass.. I wish I had more time to process everything… Maybe make a better choice..

kinfession: for awhile i had a serious problem with grif there on chorus. that attitude changed over time, believe me (this isn't in any way meant to be a callout literally at all), but i did. at first i didn't care much one way or the other about him, and then i just grew to feel like he couldn't give less of a shit about any of us, our planet, the war, any of it. what sucked more is that i absolutely couldn't blame him, how could i? these weren't his people, this wasn't his problem. still, the disgust was there. and it felt so terrible watching the other rebels fall all over themselves trying to get near these guys, especially matthews and especially with the way grif treated him. i can't even say anything beyond that cuz i fed into the bad treatment too, but it just feels different when it's an outsider picking on one of your people, like they haven't earned the right to do that yet. but things changed, things grew from there, and i outgrew the bad blood. grif could go on and on about how carefree and lazy and too cool for it all he is, but his actions said different and i guess actions were what mattered most. i miss him, i really do. i feel like a background character in his story, but he's not one in mine and that sucks, but whatever, i can feel some type of way about it and still deeply, deeply miss him. i just try to remember the actions, not the words, and it makes me feel a bit better -a bitters introject
