Pyrite was still poking at the bubble when someone put their hand on it. Maybe this was the person that made it? She could see that the person was curious, so was she. About this bubble that she was in. Although clearly they weren’t human, from what she knew humans couldn’t make bubbles like this and they didn’t have claw hands. Pyrite watched the claw dig in.

“Hi!” The person spoke, it sounded normal. A bit raspy but normal, what exactly was this person?

And they had a light control. She has a magic light at home that keeps flickering but this person could turn it off and on. Amazing.

Hailey smiled a bit before feeling safe enough that she could pop the bubble. So, that’s what she did- with a flicker of soft light, Pyrite was free. So were all the tiny little hardlight hawkeye-belle roses and butterflies; they quietly and softly faded away.

The semi-human crouched down to the other’s height. She had wanted to get a better look at the alien, and being at a equal height was no better way to go.

“So fascinating…!” Her eyes seemed to sparkle with enchantment as she observed the smaller being.

Pyrite watched the bubble around her disappear and soon her feet were touching the ground again. There were things that faded away with the bubble and they seemed so pretty before they left. She also noticed that the person was taller than she was. She looked different from when Pyrite was in the bubble.

At least they made an effort to get down to her height, the thing Pyrite was most fascinated by was her hands, the claws looked so nice to her.

Fascinating? Her? That was interesting to say considering the person could make bubbles. "I like your bubble."

Pyrite was walking around Earth looking for more human trinkets to have for her collection back home in her cave. She hadn’t found many things to bring back which was very disappointing to say the least.

It was dark, so she was deciding she should head back. Then again, she doesn’t need to sleep so what would be the point of wasting time sitting in her cave and reorganizing things if she could keep looking for more things to add. Her old companion Rubellite would probably tell her it would be better to go back to the cave unless a monster shows up. But she lost Rubellite a good while ago.

Then she was in a bubble. It was orangish-pink, she hasn’t been in a bubble like this before so she was poking at it and looking around to see how to get out.

Hailey fully approached the bubble, gently putting her submissive hand on the bubble gently. Her eyes are stricken with pure and innocent curiosity, her head tilting a bit to add to the effect. Her claw-like hands were the most notable thing- the length and sheer force they carry frighten most humans. The tip of her claws gently dug into the large bubble.

“Hello…?” Her quiet, raspy voice is full of wonder and innocence.

Hailey turned her flashlight back on, but was careful to not shine the light in anyone’s eyes.

Starter for @runawaygem!

Hailey had been wandering around the plains of the South of her country for quite some time now- she had kept hoping she would find something marvelous. Her pup was back at her truck, snoozing away.

It was nighttime and Hailey was getting restless with the fact that she couldn’t find a damn thing. She pinched the bridge of her nose before noticing something at the corner of her eye- something yellow. Instinctively, she turned off her flashlight and quietly ran up near the mysterious figurine- then she caught the figure in one of her orangish-pink nitikentic bubbles.
