I'm new to making layouts custom profiles etc any tips? I downloaded tumbler jst for icon dumps and inspo but Im not the best at it yet: D
▶ Oooooo I have a couple! (Literally only 3 but I might add more if I can think :P)
Use frames — for stuff like headers/banners, you need to fill in a lot of space. I really like using frames to add colors and patterns!
PNG blogs — Okay, this one is more so on preference, but I love adding silly PNGs that I can find just to fill in space :D having a wide range of PNGs is also helpful like simple shapes, doodles, or those very specific pngs that are very relevant to the character... /silly
Follow an aesthetic — Again, more so on me tbh, but I like giving my layouts specific aesthetics! Not only does this help finding PNGs that'll match, but it makes the entire layout (like the header, pfp, banners, blah blah blah) more cohesive with eachother :P Also, this gives you a lot more variety in your layouts and make them more unique rather than just a copy paste of the same layout but different characters and colors D:
