All of our patrol vehicles are fitted with remote access 24 hour video recorders as well as being tracked at all times. This means that at any point we can remotely access the cameras and email any video of incidents reported. RS1 Security provide our QR code system to ALL of our customers; there's no extra cost for this. In addition to this, each customer has their own portal on our system, making it easier for them to track their patrols. 

Below is a step-by-step guide to how it works and how it benefits you and the security of your site:-

Before we begin patrolling your property, we will strategically place QR codes at specific points around the site. When the security guard attends, they will scan the QR codes as they patrol

When the code is scanned it sends information to our server such as precise time, location of the QR code and the name of the security guard

All of this information is viewable by the customer at any time, from any computer in the world and in real-time. Each customer has a designated portal where all of their patrols are logged. 

Through the system we can also send information direct to the security officer on patrol whilst he is on the site. The benefit of this is that if the customer has any requests (e.g. leaving lights on, turning heaters off etc.) we can add an alert so when the security officer scans the QR code closest to where there is action needed it will inform them of the request. 

Although the ins and outs of the QR Code Scanning System are quite technical, using the portals is very simple. All you need to do is log in and watch your patrols take place in real-time.
