anyone else cry bc their childhood was nonexistent due to addiction and neglect in the family so you had to grow up at a really young age but you find yourself reminiscing the slivers of normalcy and innocence you once had and are resentful and disheartened that you can’t get any of that time back to start any of those parts over ever again and you now have to try working through all the generational trauma but it’s exhausting and you feel defeated and everything kinda feels pointless in the grand scheme of things and you’re suddenly hyper aware of your existence which causes your anxiety to skyrocket bc you realize you have to care and maintain this body you’re inhabiting for the rest of your numbered days or just me?
