Camila is the protagonist of the urban fantasy comic I plan to do in the future. They’re among my oldest designed characters, pretty sure I first drew them in 2013 or 14. They honestly haven’t changed much design wise (longer hair, got fatter as I’ve got more comfortable drawing bodies like mine) but their characterization has changed a lot. A lot less jaded and bitter (created this character in high school, shocker).

(If you’re wondering why these all include bi, it’s because I’m bi and I don’t really feel like it’s my place to make say, pan/ace solidarity art since I’m neither of those.)

When someone asks me this, it’s hard to tell if they’re trying to figure out why anyone would be bi instead of pan (or poly) or if they’re just genuinely curious about why I use bi. (Same when people ask me why I use they/them pronouns.) I am unfortunately used to having to give a 500-word essay backing up why I identify a certain way.
