Hello, the selfship fairy has returned! β¨π§π»ββοΈβ¨
I absolutely LOVED reading about the different birds you and Qui Gon Jinn would be, as well as the history of roseate spoonbills! π¦πΉ Itβs so cool that you got to see them in real life, and they definitely fit your vibe. π
I have another ask for either Qui Gon Jinn, or Boba Fett, or both, whatever you feel like! π Is he picky? Are you picky? When you eat with him, is there any food either of you share with the other?
I hope you have a fabulous day! Bye for now! *poof* β¨
Hi, there, dear anon! So sorry it's taken me this long to get back with you about thisπ
My life has been so chaotic and utter shit since early July. Thank you so much for asking about my beloveds again; you are far too kind! β€οΈ
Thank you and I loved getting to discuss the different types of birds I associate us with! It was a very unique question and was one I hadn't ever really put that much thought into. Roseates are so pretty and such unusual birds; they kind of make me think of Alice in Wonderland!!
As for your new question...
Qui-Gon is certainly not the type to be picky. He can't exactly afford to be, since Jedi don't have much money to be able to pick and choose what they eat, and most meals are provided in the Temple when they aren't on missions. He doesn't eat a whole lot and when he does it is strictly to adhere to and reach the nutritional needs his body has. We've grown close enough that we'll pick off each other's plates if there's something either of us want that the other has (of course we always ask first before taking anything that isn't ours.) We both really enjoy lentil soupβit's one of the dishes I make/have most frequently because it has so many good veggies in it, it's completely dairy free and has lots of fiber and iron. He tries to get me to eat more protein, which is something I desperately need to do more of.
We are on a bit of a diet journey right now because of some of the health diagnoses I've received this week, so I am trying to put a lot fo effort in to eat better.
I'm not terribly picky, but it just really depends. Sometimes my body goes through phases where I don't want to eat or have no appetite, which is apparently not good for me to do.
As for Boba Fett, I don't think he'd turn up his nose at any food set in front of him. He's never hurt for money because, as a bounty hunter, his entire career depended on him earning a decent living. Now, as Daimyo of Mos Espa, his droids/staff feed him exceptionally well. Sometimes, a lot ends up being too much, because we'll find ourselves sitting in the dining hall in front of a table inundated with the most extensive and extravagant spread of dishes fit for a feast of at least twenty and it all is just too overwhelming.
He certainly makes sure that I eat well and that I am receiving the proper nutrition. It is easy to do, considering the meals are made for me. I just have to make the time and the initiative to go and eat them.
The only catch is that most times he wants to eat with me and I think it's because he wants to make doubly certain that I am eating. He worries a lot, but never voices it.
Thank you for asking about my loves, dear! I appreciate it and you so so muchπππ I hope you have a lovely day as well~take care!!!
