He grabs onto your wrist, keeping them pinned in one of his hands while the other finds your waist.

“It’s a no, pet. Or at least, not yet. Why would I accept something so… degrading when you have not even proven to be worthy of asking?” A low growl rumbles in the back of Eclipse’s throat.

Species based: Giant Pacific Octopus

A cold, sharp, cash-grabbing siren with eyes for usefulness! Of the three members- he is the most mature. Handling business, concerts, copyright, set ups, funds- all of this and more is managed by him and Bil (the Deep Circus co-manager)

While he does perform, dancing and singing exceptionally well for the crowd- he couldn’t care less for his own fans. His heart is reserved for his trusting companions, as he finds humans (and most non-siren species) to be repulsive. However.. he does take into account how.. useful so many willing creatures loving and adoring him could be.

Jester takes pride in his alluring eyes. Using them as an emblem for himself as they are incredibly powerful. In an interview hosted by a local inkling journalist- he begrudgingly expressed the idea that: “a single gaze can wrap one in delicious thoughts.. eye contact is the very key for perfect emotional effect.” Though some say they feel a bit dizzy when gazing at him for too long..

The eye effect: ancient sirens did posses the ability to perfectly hypnotize with their voices, their eyes glow when they successfully succumb you. Jester was born with this ability, but rarely uses it in public spaces, making it obvious that you’re a siren is a death wish.

He charges extra for everything he can. Your gaze upon his mere presence should cost you at least 600! He’s a bit stingy when it comes to money and fan based stuff. Conning people out of cash as much as he can. Their funds don’t grow on trees after all!

Extra details: that fan's eyes glow and flash with the beat of whatever is playing.

Those Jester hat tails are his tentacles, (this applies for all of them) sirens have both tentacles and hair.

The darker yellow triangle shaped details are there to cover up old scars and cuts from the past. He knows if he let's them out to the public, they'll make speculations and jab at his reputation with assumptions.

Species based: Colossal Squid

A sleek and seductive creature. Always eyeing his especially large amount of adoring fans. He loves the attention, and always secretly begs for more. He's most known for his immense attempts at "fanservice" by signing whatever (or wherever) someone wants, Making his merchandise as phallic as Jester will let him, (he doesn't) and just overall going out of his way to flirt someone to death.

Harlequin is the main dance choreograph, he mainly comes up with 90% of the alluring dance moves they do, as he himself is a belly dancer. While the three have different dance types, he always finds a way to make them blend seamlessly, he prides himself in this ability and very often will yap about how good he is at it to whoever he's trying to rizz up.

Among the three members- he is the most immature, in most every way. Seriousness is seldom, unless something truly bad is happening he will not cut the act.

While he may be immature and fronts as "the hot guy" there's a deep lingering sadness in his being. Almost.. yearning for something he knows he most likely can't have.

The dance effect: he likes to believe his movements aid his voice when feeding on the emotion and energy from the crowd, as humans love a good "body show-off."

Extra details: the black details on his- *everything* are all painted on by him, originally they did not have this detail, but he wanted to mirror Jesters scar covers and basically show comradery by adding the details to his own attire.

His tentacles used to be much longer, but he kept them short for.. escaping trauma reasons

He has an eye for fashion, and fought with Jester about their official outfits for literal days. Arguing that "we need to show a little skin! Humans adore that!" And that's how jesters pants got those diamond shaped cut outs in them. He will never admit it but.. he does like what Harlequin did to his outfit.

Species based: Big manta ray

A big hearted softie who yearns for a deep connection somewhere out there, someone who will dance with him. He loves to dance among crowds and with his own fans, spinning around and dancing in circles with them hand in hand, cheering and singing, uniting all creatures under the rainbow. Creating a beautiful anarchy. He adores all things… living.

He is the groups music and vocal director, he and D0CTOR DE4TH (Who I’ll talk about later) work together most of the time to create the Deep Circus music. He spends a lot of time alone in his room figuring out lyrics and melodies, silently hoping anyone (besides harlequin) will come in and brainstorm with him.

Pierrot loves his fans, he wishes he could dance with each and every one of them. But sadly cant due to being a star and all.. so he compensates sometimes by getting off stage mid performance and dancing with the crowd, encouraging them to use their own voices. As the extra energy feeds the sirens better- but also because Pierrot finds immense joy in togetherness.

He is also very protective of his fan base. He advocates for the safety around the concert, begging jester to hire “at least one more” guard or bouncer for extra security. He will PERSONALLY stand on stage and watch people leaving ensuring no one gets hurt on their way out. Jester finds this irritating and useless but lets him do it.

The song effect: Pierrot has the most powerful voice of the three. His crooning voice makes it easy to capture the attention of many, however, while jester must make perfect eye contact and be intentional to perfectly succumb someone to his voice- Pierrot barely has to try. A single glance with one note is dangerous enough, fans have noticed he closes his eyes sometimes while singing his parts.

Extra details: he has a manta ray tail but he hides it in his poncho and pants, for.. sad reasons

He loves bells. He advocated for the Deep Circus to have a bell theme on it. And decorates himself with them, EVERYWHERE he can possibly put them.

He loves kids, and once- a family came to the concert very early and brought their little daughters, seeing as there was no one around- he went and mingled with the family, and sat down on the grassy ground as these little girls braided his silver hair, he kept it secure with a gold band and wore his hair like that the entire night.

He keeps EVERY. SINGLE. GIFT. someone has made him, he gets all giddy smiley when he receives a token from someone showing their love and support Introducing Quote: Dancing under the rainbow! Making love to the world! The Pierrot has arrived

Not sure if I'll actually end up developing a full-on AU with the guy or not, BUT i CAN share what I've actually come up with so far, which boils down to:

Y/N = archeologist equivalent in a fantasy world, and Eclipse is a god who was sealed away in some temple that their team accidentally stumbles across.

Y/N accidentally UNSEALS Eclipse somehow, which results in basically their entire team dying and Y/N, not wanting to die too, starts sucking up to the (probably unstable) god in a desperate attempt to not get their heart torn out or something.

This somehow results in Eclipse latching onto them as HIS mortal. No, they don't get a choice in the matter. They're his now, that's just how it works. And since they're his, that means that they WILL help him return to full strength, right?

So now Y/N has been claimed by a possessive, clingy god (REALLY possessive and REALLY clingy) that they have to help rebuild a following in this new day and age or get smote or something.

Also said god takes a liiiiiiitle too much pleasure in manhandling them. Can gods get touch-starved? They're pretty sure this one is because he just can't keep his hands off them.

Which is a problem for both the obvious reasons and because Y/N categorically hates that they get flustered every time he manhandles them. (Look, he's very pretty, and they're only human, okay? It's totally reasonable!)

If I do end up developing more of this idea I'll tag the posts as "Sealed God AU" or something, idk

I've mentioned it in at least one ask answer, Moon has a little redesign. his silhouette is the same, there are just little changes to his teeth and obviously the big one, his arm and back. also slight change to his dark spot color.

and a drabble to go with it. been chipping away at both of these things as my warm-ups or un-winds before/after projects and commissions I'm working on.

The mouth on his face is used for ripping apart food, vocalizations, and breathing on land, he could store food in there but he would need to be careful so he doesn’t choke. Doesn’t stop him from shoving Y/N in there for fun though

The two of them (one of them? Two?) would sure be a strange mer...a dual faced fish mayhaps? Sounds like something to make a legend around. :D

What courting gifts would suit them i wonder?
