Today I made the thumbnail for Ashland the drifter page 8 I used a variety of references for this piece but what I want to highlight is this one the reference had the character was facing back to camera but naturally just through my sketching it ended up the other way.
This may be my best piece of draftminship yet I am proud

Today I finished the thumbnail for Page 8 of my comic pilot Ashland the drifter. I used a variety of references for this piece but I want to highlight this one as I was feeling out panel 5 I naturally came to switch which direction my character was facing and I find that the way it all came together looks really nice ^^
Today I spent my daily hour of comic work on doing some script work for the first half and then putting together this simple overhead shot for second half.
