The Little Jazzman DTIYS!!!
Let’s hold a contest to celebrate its return! This time, the theme will be different from the first DTIYS, and the first prize is something a little more special that I thought would be fun.
✴︎ Choose your favorite panel from all of TLJ and redraw it in your own style! You may select a maximum of two panels. You can also choose panels that appear in the lore videos.
✴︎ You already know how this works: you can do whatever you want! Change the colors, the perspective, add textures, lighting, shadows, use whatever technique you like most… be creative!!!
✴︎ The submission deadline is July 16th (including July 16th).
1st Place: You may propose a line of dialogue, a secondary OC of your own, or a small idea that will appear at some point in TLJ, as long as it fits the story and the universe. (If the ideas are very simple, more than one may be included. That can be discussed later.)
2nd Place: A personalized drawing with simple colors and details on a simple background.
3rd Place: A personalized sketch-style drawing with a simple background.
If you do not meet any of these requirements, your entry will not be considered. Please make sure everything is included correctly.
1. If you choose two panels, they must be connected and belong to the same post. They cannot be random panels.
2. If you choose two panels, both drawings must use the same technique.
3. Include the dialogue from the original image (if it has one). You may present it however you like, but it must be part of the artwork.
4. The original image(s) must be included in the same post.
5. Tag this account and use #littlejazzmanisbackdtiys. If I don’t respond to your post after a few days, please let me know because I may not have seen it, and it’s important so I can include your entry in the contest!!
