HOLD THE PHONE-
While I am starting back up on my refence making schedule (11 & 1/2 to go!), it has come to my attention that we are nearing an incredible milestone!
In August of 2024, I had experienced extreme burnout due a lot of outside factors (high turnover at work where I had to take on a lot of new duties, being in a new state away from my family, plus a lot of various smaller issues). I decided to put my Clangen on an indefinite hiatus, and did not expect to return, especially as more and more time passed.
But in 2026, I found myself in a much better place mentally, and with a patience in myself that I had not previously had. Plus, I saw the people who occasionally dropped by my blog to like my old art this past year and a half, each notification warming my heart and making me remember the joy this silly little clan gave me, and hopefully the joy it gave others.
So I picked it back up, half as a way to brush off the dust from my drawing skills, and a part of a resolution to keep me writing and plotting stories outside of DnD. The support and love sent our way was not something I had expected, especially after such a long hiatus, so I knew that I wanted to give back in any way I could as a thank you.
So, I will be opening a form to hear what you all would like as a gift! It can be anything, from design challenges, raffles, introducing more of the clans, even a discord/community, whatever your heart desires (can be as vague or detailed as you would like)!
I may select more than one, depending on the creativity of the ideas.
