There is nothing like feeling your own relentlessly overfed body spilling out of your hands.
I ended up having to relieve myself. At this weight, sitting up doesn’t really work - there is too much fat hanging down into my groin. Laying back simply means I need to try to reach around, risking putting my back out. So the best option is to sit and then lean back on some pillows, whilst rolling to the side - I can then reach sufficiently with my belly sitting on my thigh.
