Searching for feelings that I’ve buried hoping to ressurect someday.

For today, I’ll wait and remember the pain the world feels for the loss of yet another black life. The Agony of the women that have been rapped and even murdered in the process.

I’m still searching. Still searching for ways to help humanity feel. Searching for ways to help humanity heal.

Detaching from feelings are the most heartfelt emotions in life. Imagine building your life with the intent of settling down with someone who now seems unattainable.

Always in a hurry to move from point A to Point B that I sometimes forget to enjoy or that I enjoyed the moment. Is that such a bad thing?

Of my other resolutions for the year, one of which I keep having to refer back to is ‘to just enjoy stuff, listen more & remember to remember what felt right’.

Super indecisive is one of my many awesome traits, lol. Also doesn’t help with always wanting to move but not sure where to go first. Can you relate?

Its March and thankfully it’s the first time in like 2 years I haven’t stressed the fk out of my mind - progress baby! Something about the date today feels familiar & I can’t quite place my fingers on it 🤔. Could this be another case of anticipating something?

I literally dragged myself to work today & boyy am I glad I did! Turned out to be a good day after all. Came here to empty some of the thoughts that flood my mind & say that things are changing. I’m learning to learn, to listen & detach.

What’s next? Or shall I say, trust the process & take everyday as it comes. 💌

Safe for me to say, I’m in these feelings man. Was watching Pastor Todd’s from transformation ministry on YouTube yesterday.. Though the gospel wasn’t from him this time, I learnt something else, again.

Are we holding on, working on, trusting, busy, or becoming? ...

Picking the right person is similar to going shopping. That’s my opinion and it’s open to further discussions (Not really, lol).

Still very much single but have come to a point where I need to mindfully pick the right fit for me. Yes, that’s a good deal, but is it the right deal for me?

Not like that Nelly & Kelly song buttt, whew chile..
