hi, darlin’. i hear you — that waiting space is tender, and sometimes it feels like no matter how hard you assume, you’re still just… here. in-between. stuck in the ache of wanting.

but let’s talk about it, plainly.

when you say you’re “waiting to open your eyes and be there,” you’re still placing your assumption outside of you — in the future. and the law of assumption doesn’t operate in the future. it’s present-tense. now. it’s not about convincing yourself that it’ll happen. it’s about being her already, before anything outside you confirms it.

so what do you do?

drop the timeline. the moment you say, “i’m waiting,” you’ve stepped out of the end. the end doesn’t wait. it is. you’ve got to treat it like memory, not hope. like you’re already in your DR and this version of you, here, is just a dream you’re gently waking up from.

change the impulse of the assumption. a lot of people try to assume while secretly checking in: “is it working? am i closer?” and that’s where they get caught. instead, shift your impulse. when you assume, assume like you assume you’re breathing. with no need to prove it. just the knowing.

let daily life become the proof. don’t wait for the blink-open, dramatic transition moment. embody the girl who already shifted: how does she think? what does she stop worrying about? how does she carry herself in the quiet? start anchoring into her now. small moments. brushing your teeth. walking down a hallway. “i already made it.”

use techniques that anchor, not chase. i like to use scripting as remembrance — thinking about my day as if i’m reflecting on it in my desired reality before bed. not manifesting, not hoping. remembering. it re-roots me. you can do this mentally too. at any time.

instead of:

“i want to wake up in my DR.”

say:

“today in my DR, i had coffee in the garden. i called my best friend. i wore the shoes i’ve been dreaming about.”
