I just want to be truly independent of the world. I want to have a well kept collection of books that have notes in them I've only seen. I want to have plants in every corner of a place that's truly mine, with no stress as to how I'm going to afford it or if someone else will be there. I want there to be art, art by the people I love and the artists I adore, to line the walls. I want my kitchen to be organised and full of fresh produce from my own garden. I want to throw dinner parties, and I want to cook all the food from scratch for the people I love and I want them to bring good alcohol to pair it with. I want to have a life of independence, so I can choose how to fill the spaces for love.

I think everyone should watch the good place. Especially people who are like the real life Brent. Or just anyone really. Maybe it could plant a seed somewhere in your brain to realise that life isn’t all about self preservation, or that your actions have consequences for other people. I would just love it if people watched it and it just made them Think. Also, it will make you feel good because it’s one of the most well-written and funniest shows I’ve ever seen.
