#this so much this #sometimes they just change the texture and it messes it up too #like when breyers started using cheap fake sugar instead of real sugar for “health” reasons #like my guy it's ice cream it's not supposed to be healthy #pretty sure they just did it because it was cheaper #my favourite cottage cheese also did something similar they started just chucking it in a blender instead of stirring it properly #which naturally changed the texture completely.
