I affirm over and over that I am capable of shifting, that I will shift, and I set the intention but it just never happens.

so basically I’ve been trying to shift for a while now (let’s say I properly understood shifting in 2023) and I’ve only ever been able to minishift. The thing is, I’m not even sure if two of them were ACTUALLY me shifting, I’m only fully sure about the first one.

The thing is, I haven’t been able to do it since? I used the same guided meditation, didn’t work, law of assumption, didn’t work. Subliminal, didn’t work.

I’ve gotten tips and advice from everywhere but it just doesn’t seem to be working for me. I’ve tried reya’s “reprogramming”, I’ve taken breaks, I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.

Though there is one last thing I will try—meditation. I’ve never actually been consistent in it. I’ve tried but idk I just always forget about it.
