the-baker-leoâ:
âI should become your personal part time superhero,â he replied with a wink on his face as he gave the male a quick kiss before walking in. Leo looked around for a moment and placed the plate of cookies down. âI made you sugar cookies,â he answered smiling. âAm here to distract you and help you relax. Plus a beer will be great.â
âI wouldnât be able to afford you a salary.â Robin was a tad struck by the kiss, Leoâs easy affection always taking him by a surprise. âI say, stay with baking and only being my hero on occasion. Itâs more charity work that way.â He made his way to the plate of cookies. âShit has been non-stop since the move, a distraction is much appreciated.â He shoved a cookie in his mouth and grabbed another one before moving to the fridge. Robin finished the first cookie by the time he opened the beers and was now on the second one. âYour baking never ceases to impress me, Leo.â
âHey, donât worry about it if you donât have your wallet. Coffee is on me,â he said with a smile on his face as he looked at the other. âYou donât know how many times I have forgotten my wallet.â he added giving the other his charming smile. @robin-bianchi
âAre you sure?â Robin turned to the man behind him. âYou really donât have to.â He shuffled away from the register, hands stuffed in his empty pockets. âI must have left it at work.â Which meant he was driving around with his license. Great.
beautiful-uriâ:
He smiled at the other and looked over at the other. âExactly. And if youâre happy, what else could I ask for?â Uri listened to the other and raised his eyebrows. âRecommendations⌠I suppose that depends on how sweet you like you drinks? Because they have everything from black coffee to some weird pink drinks that takes like unicorn vomit.â
"Thatâs a pretty good philosophy, might try to incorporate that in my life.â Robin hummed in thought. He wondered if the other was typically optimistic, but kept the question to himself. âIâve heard all about the pink drink - I donât think itâs for me.â The drink in question was his daughterâs obsession, but Robin refused to take the plunge. Nothing natural was that pink. âWhatâs your go to drink?â
âI am running on like 3 hours of sleep! âÂ
âDude, why havenât you slept yet?âÂ

Pawn Shop || Open
alistairxxfrankinsenâ:
âA wedding ring. Interesting,â he held in his laugh, figuring it hadnât ended well for the other, but didnât speak those thoughts aloud. He took a good look at it and began his bargaining with a low price. â800,â he said with a smirk, waiting for the ensuring negotiations to begin.
âIs it? I figured divorcees bring in their old wedding rings all the time.â Robin stared down at his ring as the other examined it. It wasnât something he wore often during the marriage since he worked as a mechanic, thus the ring was in pristine condition. âHm,â He glanced at the pawn shop seller and the smirk on his face. He must enjoy the bargaining that came with the job. âHow about 850?â The original price was more than he was expecting, but Robin didnât mind playing along.Â
bennyonthemicâ:
âItâs like Bizarro World in this city sometimes. No worries. It happens to the best of us.â He couldnât help the chuckle and grinned at the other man.  âI donât mind at all. Showâs all done, and the schedule is clear for the rest of the day. So, do you want somewhere that also has good pastriesâor are you a strictly coffee sort of guy?â
âShows all done?â Robin repeated. The manâs voice was awfully familiar. âIf you donât mind, Iâd really appreciate the help. Iâd be in your debt, man.â At the question, he scratched his chin. âHm, youâve piqued my interest with pastries. Letâs go with pastries. Iâve got a dangerous sweet tooth, so youâre speaking my language.âÂ
augustgarconâ:
ââItâs all good manâŚââ He chuckled, usually August was the one running into people and shoulder checking people..so this was new someone did it to him.  ââ Its cool, figured you were just in a hurry.ââ  Gus offered him back a small smile.  August blinkedâŚââ Um yeah actually I do know a place and itâs cool..itâs good to support local businesses around here.ââ
âAh, thanks for understanding. Iâll slow down next time.â Relief washed over him, he was lucky the other didnât fall. âOh, great! Whatâs it called? Definitely, I work at a local business as a mechanic, so I want to shop local and get that sort of energy in return. Plus, I find local coffee shops have better drinks than mega corporates.â There was a shrug at the end of his sentence.Â
elisonmontgomeryâ:
âYeah, itâs not a problem. I completely understand how you feel though. Sometimes being in a law office is stressful enough.â Elison said, sending the other man a sympathetic smile. He new that they were one of the firmâs clients and thatâs about it. âI am. Itâs okayâ not so bad most of the time. The office was just having a bad day and you happened to catch the tail of it.â The explanation he gave was an oversimplification but it was all that he could say. âNo problem. It just seemed like you really needed it.â
âIâm rarely in there and can barely stand it.â Robin took another drag of his cigarette. âPretty big difference between employee and customer, though. Do you get a discount for legal help since you work there?â It was a stupid question, but a distraction at any rate. âI donât blame the office for my shit day, I know youâre all doing your job. Itâs all about finances and my ex. What a nightmare.â He rubbed his eyes with his free hand and sighed. âGood eye, I definitely did.âÂ
gage-knightâ:
Gage raised his eyebrows as some huge guy, practically completely muscle, brushed past him, clearly trying to squeeze past him, and Gage didnât exactly hate the experience. âItâs fine, really,â he replied as the other offered his apologies, and Gage was expecting that to be it, but the man stopped and asked him about the local coffee shops. âThen you need someone to show you around town and introduce you to all the best spots. Maybe someone super handsome whoâs lived in town all of his life and is free to show you around whenever you want?â
Robin raised an eyebrow at the other, the smile on his lips good-natured. He could always appreciate someone with confidence, on top of being helpful. âIs that an offer? I see the super handsome part, but I donât actually know if youâve lived here your whole life or if youâre free to show me around. If not, let me know who the other guy is.â Robin teased. âI could use the help, if you donât mind.âÂ

dannygriecoâ:
âItâs fineâdonât worry about it. No harm done, yeah?â The other clearly felt a little bad about it to be apologizing, so Danny figured theyâd leave it at that. âMaybe a little lame,â Danny teased. âBut if youâre offering, why not?â It seemed rude to turn down the otherâs offer, and hey, who didnât like a free cup of coffee? âDanny, by the way.â He extended his hand towards the other.
âI can accept being a little lame,â Robin chuckled. He shook Dannyâs hand and smiled. âRobin Bianchi, mechanic and professional body-checker.â He tacked the joke on the end, a smile on his lips. âDo you want local coffee or starbucks? My treat either way.â
@finnickcarneymusic
Robin pulled back with reluctance. âWha-? What was that for?â He looked at the man, Finnick, with uncertainty. The last couple of hours had been pleasant as the two spent time tucked away in the corner of the bar, drinking and getting to know each other. The kiss wasnât unwanted, but it was certainly surprising.Â
miyanodaichiâ:
Daichi stifled a chuckle. âI know what a latte is. I just donât drink it,â he corrected the misunderstandingâthey happened often in English and he was too used to it by now. âBut they have tea, yes. That is what I would drink.â He lowered his suitcase back to the ground once theyâd finished the descent and grabbed the handle to roll it along. âRobin,â he repeated the name to commit it to memory, raising his face to look up at the considerably taller man. âNice to meet you. Iâm Daichi.â He bowed his head just a tad bit out of politeness. âCafe is just a few block this way. There always people doing study or work on computers. If you need nice place to work, it is good,â he explained as he lead the way.
âRight, Iâm an idiot.â Robin blanched, shaking his head at his own mistake. âIâm sorry for the misunderstanding.â Why wouldnât the other know what a latte was? Today was nothing but embarrassments for him. âIf they have black tea, Iâm set. I just need the caffeine.â He smiled at Daichi. âItâs nice to meet you, too. Even with the weird circumstances.â Robin wouldnât need a place to work or study, but the explanation offered what the sort of ambiance the cafe had. âIt sounds nice, thank you again for taking me there.âÂ
âI promised you that I would bring you my favorite cookie,â he said with a warm charming smile on his face as Robin opened the door. Leo liked hanging out with Robin, they were fun and they were also sweet too. âHow is your day going?â @robin-bianchi
âYouâre a complete life saver, man.â Robin grinned at the other. âMy sweet tooth today has been out of control, what kind of cookie is it?â He let the other inside his apartment before shutting the front door. Boxes were still stacked in all corners, but there was some semblance of a home. âPretty good, Iâve been unpacking most of the day but this is a pretty good excuse to stop. Do you want a beer?â
valarthurâ:
Arthur chuckled lightly at the other manâs frustration, he seemed really mad about the price of a tent, maybe it wasnât the right time for Arthur to explain that there were safety measures about camping that would cost even more than that. âWell, tents are always expensive, Rob, and in fact this one looks like it could fit two people, but look at us, Iâm quite big and youâre larger than a car, for us this tent would look pocket edition.â He shrugged, starting to check other pages of the magazine Robin had it. âLook, for us, if we buy a tent, It has to be something like this, a 600 bucks tent for three to four people.â He nodded and looked at the manâs face just to see what kind of reaction he would have. âBut donât worry, we donât need tents, sleeping under the stars is a great thing, but not without these 100bucks sleeping bags, itâs gonna be bloody cold up there mate.â
âLarger than a car?â Robin huffed, his arms crossed. âMaybe a smart car, but everyone is bigger than a smart car.â His facade dropped a moment later, cracked by the smile on his face. âIf we tried to both fit in that tent, weâd have to koala up and have someone wrap on someone elseâs back.â He leaned over, looking at the other tent. âThat tent might work. Does it have to be so orange, though?â Now he was being nit-picky. Robin sighed, long and drawn out. âBack in my day, we just suffered while we camped. Now, Iâm suppose to enjoy it? Ridiculous.â He scoffed at the suggestion. âYouâre telling me my thirty dollar sleeping bag, Olâ Reliable, needs an upgrade? Itâs only too short and has a jammed zipper, itâs not all bad.â Robin looked at the different styles on the glossy page. âOh, that one says itâs for taller campers. Not bad.â

âAnytime there, Robin.â He smiled softly at the other man. Truth be told, this guy was a big teddy bear in Jesseâs eyes and he liked that about him. He was just very sweet and knew how to light up a room. âIâd like to join you for a drink, yeah.â He smiled softly. âYouâre definitely right. I know iâd like to see more of you outside work.â He nodded his head, pretty sure he was flirting back.
âGreat! You said walk, yeah? Iâm ready if you are.â Robin opened the front door, allowing Jesse to exit first. âIâm still moving into my new place, but youâre welcome to come over whenever... Iâm usually hanging out at the bar after work, if that works better for you.â He was quick to add, face warm after inviting Jesse over without a second thought. Robin changed the subject. âI didnât realize how much stuff I have until I started to unbox it. âThink Iâm going to rent a truck so I can a lot of it back up to donate. Con of having a motorcycle, not great for lugging things around.â Robin held his tongue, not adding the part where his ex took his truck in the divorce.Â
When did you realize you liked men
âOh, thatâs a pretty easy one. My freshman year of college, our school did The Rocky Horror Picture show. I was Rocky and completely head over heels for the guy who played Frank-n-Furter. We ended up getting together in the dressing room after one rehearsal. Good times, good times.â
