Words are the most accurate, and useful tool for communication. Now is the time to be open with how you feel. If there has been something stirring inside of you, urging you to release it off of your chest, now is the time to do so. It has never been more important to say how you feel than now. It’s easier said than done, but voicing how you feel opens up doors to finding, and honoring who your truest self is.
