just some clarifying information for people who don't follow FDA recalls regularly or closely: basically every salmonella recall in history has been FDA class I (the one marked "deadly") because Salmonella is a major illness that causes "serious adverse health consequences" (the other criteria for class I.) that is true! and you should take it seriously!but unless you are really up on the FDA's website and get their recall emails MOST recalls that you're ever going to hear about will be class I. including allergen recalls! because mislabeled food also carries the risk of serious or deadly health consequences for people who are allergic to it even if it's perfectly safe for everyone else.

The way people are acting about Mangione's guilty plea is pissing me off. Again, much of the evidence they had against Mangione was seriously flawed or capable of being planted. Much of it should have been inadmissable. This is something we shouldn't cede because guilt needs to be proven beyond reasonable doubt in court. They did not do that. Many reasonable doubts remained, particularly for police forces we know have a history of fabricating evidence. Further, the strategy of the state is to pressure defendants into putting in a guilty plea on some kind of bargain. The reason Mangione did this is to get around the federal death penalty. Every day, people in America plead guilty to crimes they didn't do, because the cost of being found guilty by trial is too severe, and they have been intimidated or coerced to compliance. We have reason to believe Mangione was physically tortured at the beginning of all this. The guy has been the target of years of media campaign. There's no way he would have gotten a fair trial. As soon as he was arrested, everyone just accepted it was him. He could have gotten the death penalty. This is the exact kind of circumstance where people plead guilty to shit they didn't do.

Hello everyone.. I am sorry for the barrage / I am sorry for remaking my shops post.. but I miscalculated how much my severance would be / they did not take my w-8 ben into account which meant I will pay taxes both in the philippines and the US.. I was left with almost nothing... I am the sole caretaker of a family of four in the global south.. I have a job lined up but theyll only start paying in two months if they like my work.. I am posting again because I have a life limiting disability which puts my life at risk if I am not medicated (I do not have a thyroid and need to be on synthetic thyroid hrmones.) I also have diabetes which is so close to remission.. under my care is my mothwr who is not independent and has a brain injury from sepsis.. and my sister, our two beautiful cats.. I do not have any other family who will help outside of my partner.. my only other family who are willing to help are incapable of.. Im asking folk who are in a more fortunate position to come please give me a boost, rb this, pick up prints or give me a tip if you so would like.. thank you so much

Made this bc I have been trying to take meds only every other day- I take metformin twice a day, liver supplements and levothyroxine. It did not work, I knew it wouldnt; but I did it as a sort of hail mary. I feel very weak, upset, and cognitively impaired.
