This one is the progress flag! It was interesting finding a balance while also including all the colours. When I realised I could use the ring as a sort of ‘background’ for the cutie mark it was such a relief! I was having so much trouble trying to make it make it look good.

Been trying to finish artworks more before posting and I’ve actually finished one! This surprisingly only took me a week.

Trying to work on drawing different hairstyles, especially ones that are sweeped back

Very slight changes to my face styles but it works a lot better with the bodies I’ve been drawing.

Finished the drawing! Every time I thought I fucked up I managed to make it work, I suppose that means I must have improved my skill at some point

Started colouring the picture from yesterday and it’s continuing to turn out even better than I thought!

A little bit of experimenting with my style

It feels like a consistent thing that the more detailed my bodies get the more cartoony the faces I draw get.

Low-key lost it on the body but weirdly has a cool affect, I might try to deconstruct it at some point and see what I can make of it later

Another messy sketch, I’ve been playing some more Baldur’s Gate again so I wanted to draw my favourite vampire boy. Practicing a downward face angle at the same time.

Really wasnt liking the jacket on the avatar im making for myself as well as the hand in the neutral pose so im redoing them. As you can see I’ve also extended the collar
