“Well, this definitely isn’t Beverly Hills or anywhere near California.” The petite girl figured out as she walked around the streets of New York City with an unusual suitcase strapped to her arms. “That definitely wasn’t there before.” She put the suitcase down then opened it back up to see if her gadgets disguised as makeup were there. “Oh thank god, it’s still here!” She spoke to herself again before she then accidentally bumped into someone, all of her stuff falling out of the suitcase. “Oh my god, I’m so sorry, I honestly didn’t mean to!” She apologized, helping the other pick up their things and picking up hers as well.

“Would you forgive someone for betraying you, if they were your only friend? I need advice. She humiliated me in front of my entire year, and I’m not sure, if I should make friends with her again, despite her joining the group of girls who were ganging up on me to begin with. Strangers tend to give good advice.” Alecto was just thinking out loud, and said it to the person sat next to her on the couch. The small coffee shop was absolutely packed and she was desperate for advice about her situation, in case she did end up going back.

   he has been trying to make his way in new york for a few days, now. no job has been found, aside from sketchy odd jobs, but he is content in it. as content as a recently released convict and murderer can be, he supposes.  ‘ so, tell me, ’  his nails scratch at the nape of his neck, raised scars still prominent both physically and mentally,  ‘ what made you wanna come here? my sister wanted to change her life, i woke up here, and i’m not catchin’ the appeal. feels just as shitty as california, only everyone’s an asshole instead of fake. ’

“Right? Unfortunately, I think she has a little bit of her ‘tude from just being such a downright bitch. But, I don’t even think her own mother can contain her. Well, that’s more of my dads problem right now. Not mine. I don’t need to worry about little miss perfect.” Hanna nodded her head. “That saying never goes wrong, it’s always right. There’s too many snakes and leaches in Rosewood. It’s disgusting, but that’s what happens when you live in a town like my own.” She told her, she was glad to be in New York, but she felt like a part of her was still in Rosewood at times. Hanna thought about a different topic of conversation for the two. Hanna smiled excitedly when she saw the shots being placed down in front of them. She planned to down these so quick, it was going to be one hell of a night. “I can’t believe it either! My friends would go crazy, they wouldn’t even know who is who. Wow, this is like a dream come true! I always wanted a sister, one who wasn’t.. you know.. evil. This will be great!” She took a shot and saluted Jessica before downing her shot. “Cheers!”

“Your prom and homecoming was that good, right? We just had ours and it was alright, I guess. “ And that was the truth, it could’ve been a better time for her, especially with everything she had going on at that current moment. “I’m sure. I heard both of those nights are fun and you have the time of your life, right?” Betty stopped to look at the other girl in confusion, wondering what really happened. “You lost them all? Oh my gosh. I’m so sorry… that’s horrible. I can’t even imagine loosing my friends like that.” Betty didn’t want to even pry into her life or anything like that. “I don’t blame you, you lost people that were really close to you, it’s normal to be missing them.”

“Were you carefree during whatever the hell caused you to make alcohol a priority?” He asked, brows raised as he was curious for the answer. “Let me think, I spent most of my childhood locked in a freezer and petrified to say or do something wrong which usually caused said punishment. I spent most of my teenage years saving lives and doing the right thing, which often came with consequences. The answer to your question is no.” A quiet sigh escaped his lips as he ran a hand through his hair. As much as he wanted to disagree and turn down the deal, deep down Isaac knew the other was right. He had to loosen up eventually. “Okay, deal. Good luck trying to loosen this guy up. Have a feeling you have a challenge on your hands here. How about you owe me a dollar every single damn time you’re dramatic?”

“If you drink responsibly, which I’m sure you don’t, it won’t.” Alcohol was something Isaac had never touched. It just didn’t appeal to him. “Then call me grandpa Isaac. I technically wasn’t telling you, I was suggesting. You didn’t have to go and get all over dramatic over it.” He couldn’t help but roll his eyes. “I’d rather not attend a party after the experiences I’ve had with them anyway.”

“Just normal girls, hanging out just like any others would.” She laughed. “Oh, trust me. It definitely fits him and he really does live up to his name.” She nodded her head with a smile, just thinking about Jughead was enough for the girl to make her miss him, knowing he was probably back in Riverdale right now or something. “Really? That’s also a really good one. i know, right? It’s hard to choose just one favorite. I totally get it. I’m guessing that you go out partying a lot, huh?”
