This is a very common misinformation, as I also was misinformed at one point as well until I got further research and corrected by Fictionkins/Otherkins of the correct termonologies*

*If you are relating to a character, that could be a sign you are Otherhearted! If the identity is voluntary (E.g. aesthetic, fun, coping, support, etc) that would fall under Otherlink! If the identity is still involuntary and caused by something else, such as a coping mechanism, there are sub-identities in Otherkinity such as Copingkin!

If it's not regarding your Fictionkinity, that's one thing, but it would make sense for you to make one yourself and then ask fanart, rather than someone else make a design

If it is in favor for your Fictionkinity, then it still doesn't make sense to me to make one when it's a personal representation of yourself

Either way, it defeats the point of a Kinsona for me personally

Isn't the whole point of making a kinsona is a personal representation of yourself? I feel like that defeats the whole point of a kinsona? I'm a little confused GULPS
