I just got my library card!” Librarian: “That’s great!” Customer: (stands grinning at the librarian) Librarian: “Umm…Can I help you with anything?” Customer: “I’m looking for a book.” Librarian: “Okay, which book?” Customer: “I dunno. Just a book.” Librarian: “What are you interested in?” Customer: “I dunno.” Librarian: “Westerns?” No. “Mysteries?” No. “Biographies?” No. “Horror?” No. “Paranormal?” No. “True crime?” No. “Science?” No. “Religion?” No. “History?” No. “Romance?” No. Librarian: “Have you read anything recently? I can find you something similar to that book.” Customer: “No.” Librarian: “You can’t think of anything you’re interested in? Because you seemed so excited to get your library card…” Customer: “Of course I’m excited! I love to read.”
