Richard more playful and curious. Looking for reassurance and approval.

Given the fact he has a pen, it was James’ idea to write Richard’s name on his cup to avoid it getting mixed up. Although it’s small I find it so cute.

Richard closes puts his magazine down the second James mentions the cup holder as to give it his full attention.

Richard: it rotates

James: yes, it does.

Richard claims that the cup holder is “not brilliant” yet looks ecstatic over it, because he’s mirroring James, which explains his little glances at James every few seconds. Observing and mirroring accordingly.

Note how James copies the way Richard exclaims at the cup holder and how Richard smiles larger afterwards. His mirroring was returned to him.

In turn, Richard mentions how he likes the panoramic roof.

Once he pulls the shutter over he watches James’ face possibly hoping for a reaction.

James doesn’t look too interested given the quiet pause, (in which Richard takes a glance, awaiting James’ approval) he then finds something positive to mention about the roof, attempting to show interest in Richard’s observation.

I almost didn't click on this because DriveDribe's clickbait-strategy is THE WORST- but it's actually Richard and Andy talking bollocks for an hour??

Anyway!

The voice-over talk is hilarious.

Three hours! I lived three hours away and you got me to come in to say "Meanwhile" in a way that sounds like I'm thinking about cheese? - Well, it's your fault you never moved to London.

Richard standing up to Danny Cohen? Because he realised Andy was anxious and he couldn't watch him being shouted at? Awwwwww...

WHY DO THEY BLEEP STUFF LIKE 'BOLLOCKS' AND 'COCK-UP' IT'S RIDICULOUS?!?

Really love the talk about editing and what an absolute genius Andy is. ...And James would go 'I said something funny, where is it?'

"I could see the back of James's head and sex was about to happen."

Yay, finally some sort of explanation about the Bobby Brown karaoke stint in The Shan!

Andy's constant "You three don't realise how good you are."

The story about Kit Lynch-Robinson trying to prove himself to the crew by making Jeremy jump into the water twice!! No, Andy, that's not in the book, tell me moooooore!

Andy's Richard-appreciation is really nice to see, too. You were the quickest, you were the funniest. But especially: "You were the conductor."

You three were in a mind-meld.

The three (or even four) of them were in a mind-melt indeed. It doesn't happen often, if at all, with other TV shows. TG and TGT were about the four of them, that is why these shows cannot be replicated.

Andy clearly loves the three idiots very much. He is also such an integral part of the magic himself! I admire him even more after reading his book.

They are taking the piss about the book for almost an entire hour, but is is a great book! Definitely worth reading. I laughed, I cried. Damn it, Andy, you wrote something that made me very emotional!

Andy's (paraphrased) "30 seconds before we went on air, Jeremy is walking around the cars, muttering to himself and repeating his bullet points, and you're off to the side vaping and scrolling through your phone. It never ceased to make me nervous but you always delivered".

Richard being almost embarrassed "Well, I used to be in radio."

I don't think I ever gave it much thought, but it does surprise me a bit. Although it explains Jeremy repeatedly praising Richard's phenomenally quick wir.

They never really talk about James, but I guess he was somewhere in between.
