Hey guys so I've kind of just accepted that this inktober is over for me. Since day 15 I pretty much haven't posted anything. I'm fine, but I've been moving into a new house and I've started a new job this week, so everything's a bit up in the air and I'm out of my routine right now. Here are a couple of drawings I've done in the past week. I guess they bring me up to 17? Really gutted to have fallen behind, as I love inktober so much. I guess there's always next year!

Days 13-15. Had a crazy busy weekend so these were all super rough catch-up drawings. Need to do 2 tomorrow but I should have more time so hopefully they'll be nicer :)

Day 10: Gigantic! We're 1/3rd of the way through! Great going everyone :)

Day 9 (I'm all caught up!) To catch up I had to rush these last 2. But I still did 'em! :D I realised I'd pretty much only drawn girls this month so far, so here, take a quick drawing of a friendly beard boy in a baggy jumper. See you tomorrow, inkers!

Day 7: Off Duty Hope everyone had a relaxing weekend! I'm still running a day behind so I'll have to draw two smaller drawing tonight to make up for it. I couldn't quite get the colours to show through on my camera and haven't had time to scan this, but I enjoyed it a lot. So much more satisfying to make a full image, background and all. I used masking fluid for the fist time properly too, and I think it's changed my life. See you later!

Day 6 (a little late). Busy weekend, so I haven't painted it but I'd like to when I get a chance :)

Day 5. Really small one today. So I sort of had my first self-conflict of inktober so far today. I sketch SO MUCH. Pages full. I'm quite happy, over all, with what I've produced so far, but today just... nothing was good enough. No idea was ok for me. I was racking my brain as to what I should draw based on today's prompt. I had (silly, but funny) ideas about a sausage dog, repunzel (especially because I wanted to practice hair) but everything was bad (particularly that sausage dog, which is probably one of the worst things I've ever drawn, and will never be shared with anyone!). I felt bad. So I sketched for me. Wanted to practice hair. So I drew a tiny lady with wavy hair... then inked it... and liked it! I realised I'm doing inktober FOR ME. TO LEARN. Not every piece needs to be amazing. I'll stop putting the pressure on myself. Anyway, hope you are all doing ok, everyone seems to be doing this this year which is awesome. See you tomorrow! 🖌🖌🖌

Inktober day 4: Underwater. 🦈

Day 3: Poison. Actually following the prompt today. Thought it would be fun if there was a witch who went around "poisoning" trees to make autumn happen. Then she brings them back to life in spring! See you tomorrow 🍃☠️🍂
