We are the change that we seek." ▪ ▪ I will forever remember the day I voted for Mr. Obama and or the same night I which he won. I remember being and feeling so proud! I was 20 years old and it was the first time I had ever voted. I remember that night so well! He was ahead by so many votes before all the votes had been counted and it became apparent that he was going to win. After he won, my Mom called my Grandpa in Sacramento and my Grandpa was already crying, he was so proud. Then, in January of 09' when he was inaugurated, I was living in LA. I remember staying home to watch him be sworn in then I left to class. When I got on campus.. so many people were walking around with their chests out their heads held high and just as much pride as I had.
