Forgive yourself for past mistakes. Nobody is perfect, and making mistakes is perfectly normal and expected! You have grown from your mistakes and become better since, so don't beat yourself up so much for what happened in the past—you can't change your previous actions but you can change your future actions.

I'm always either used, replaced, or forgotten. I understand that. But what I don't understand is why. I always try my hardest to make people happy, and to mean something to them. But it never works. I'm always worth shit to everyone, everytime.

You deserved to be loved by someone who sees your integrity, passion and drive and not just your body. You deserve someone who will answer the phone when you call at noon during your lunch break and not just someone who will call you in the middle of the night looking for attention. You deserve someone who is accepting of who you are, who doesn't try to change you and who loves you just the way you came.”

please make sure that wherever you’re at in life, you don’t treat it like a transitory period. don’t waste your college years wishing to already be graduated & have a job. don’t waste your single years wishing for someone to be in love with. if/when those things come, they will come in due time and they will be good. but there is nothing like looking back and feeling empty because you wasted literal years ignoring what you had because you were hoping for something better. while it’s important to better yourself and reach for your goals, don’t neglect the present because that’s where you are now and it’s your now that determines your future. 

You should never feel bad about wanting to change or re-shape yourself into the person you want to be. Just because people have an old image of you in their minds, doesn’t mean it’s your responsibility to maintain that. Saying things like “what will they think of me?” will only place fear in your heart and paralyze you from reaching your greatest potential. You deserve to meet the highest version of youself during this lifetime. You can out grow, re-new, evolve as much as you desire. There’s so many layers to us, unravel and explore all of you.
