Shoutout to Rian Johnson for letting Rey be her own fully fleshed out, three-dimensional character who genuinely felt real and relatable as an actual human woman and not a lifeless cardboard cutout of a Strong Female Character™ meant to represent somebody else’s fucking “legacy”. TLJ! Rey was allowed to feel love and lust and longing and rage and hatred and frustration and hope and softness and naivety and grief and confusion and denial and NONE of those qualities felt self-contradictory cause they were just facets that organically made up the personality of a whole, refreshingly complex and interesting female protagonist. A nobody from nowhere who was special all on her fucking own!!! On a similar note, FUCK J.J. Abrams and Chris Terrio! :) 

reylos we are LEAVING ironic/antagonistic use of the phrase “kylo ren did nothing wrong” behind in 2019 with all the rest of That Bullshit; 2020 is the year we start saying it genuinely and wholeheartedly because it is simply the objective truth babes!!! 

anyways! kylo ren ben solo is shredded from having to unequivocally carry the entirety of a movie with the supposed purpose of wrapping up not just a trilogy but an entire nine-part saga spanning generations and 40+ fucking years :)))

Reylo culture is having the basic common sense to know damn well that if anyone ever even suggested to Leia Fucking Organa that she try to ‘“replace”’ her only child with her subordinate/coworker she’d slap them hard enough to knock out at least a couple of teeth and that’s just that on that! :)
