I just posted this without text, but thinking about it I decided to add text because I don't want it to be some passive-aggressive post about politics. what I'm thinking about at the moment is the friend I lost yesterday because he decided to tell me to get a job on the worst day of my life. Even if it wasn't the worst day of my life, to know me as your bartender and to have me as your bartender means I listen to you and I befriend you and I care about you and I listen to your problems and I help you solve them and I even try to make your life a little better because we all deserve that. Shit, if I told all of you my friends and customers how I think about you constantly in my life and how grateful I am for all the positivity in my life I think about you often on my off time and I try to work your problems through and I try to give you the best advice I can give you the next time I see you. All of you I care about all of you if you're reading this. Everyone of us deserves people in our lives to help us grow and achieve and be all we can be. "Be excellent to each other" isn't just some fucking Bill and Ted quote this is something I hold dear to my heart. but to tell me to get a job, knowing what I'm going through what my wife is going through what my family is going through, taking care of my mom 24/7 doing everything we can to make sure she's happy and alive to tell me to get a job on a normal day while all this is going on... I'd like to say he's brainwashed but that's too easy. Perhaps this is who he's always been. perhaps it's the generation that's a year or two older than my generation thinking that we're children and you can talk down to us like children and we're supposed to listen and respect you and go yes daddy. I've made my peace with my daddy issues and I wish these people could. So I'm posting this picture of trump saying obey as an omage to the movie "They Live". His die hard fans obey so hard that they just cost themselves their good friends and their family perhaps the only family and friends that actually give a shit about them and their well being..
