Although this is a real picture, of a real minister wearing a real stole, I posted it for humour sake, I wouldn't wear it...

You know—we can make a Theological metaphor for this. We are Pac-Man inside the maze of the world. This maze is given definition by the Church, which seeks to guide us in our spiritual life. We can not move forward with definition alone, however. The little dots on the maze symbolize God’s Grace. Without it, we can never hope to progress further in our spiritual lives, and ultimately find unity in God. Along the way, there are people and things that attempt to distract us from God’s Grace. They consume us, making us lose our way. But hope is not lost—for God in His power and grace breaths a new life within us, and allows us to continue our pursuit of Him. May we all navigate the maze of our spiritual lives well, focusing on finding God’s grace, using it to conquer all manner of things that try to distract us from this goal, and reach a spiritual high score. Amen.

I am going to submit this to my Bishop in the hopes of establishing this stole as a Diocesan Vestment!
