SUMMARY:

Though the Kraang were defeated, New York City is still locked down. Kraangified people roam the streets, and the Earth Protection Force is desperate for a cure. Their methods work on machines and buildings, but not on living people.

When the EPF witnesses Donatello reverse the infection with a massive blast of mystic energy, he and Mikey become the EPF’s highest-priority targets.

To synthesize a cure, the EPF will stop at nothing to seize Donnie and Mikey’s Ninpo Energy. No matter who gets hurt along the way.

I am on vacay with the family but rest assured PB is stuck in this brain… she is like embedded in there and I plan on doing some writing on this trip!

I’m having my own BEACH episode yall :3 my job rn is beach with writing on the side! I plan on cozying up at night on a nice patio chair while on here, watching the waves with my laptop and tip tapping away.

So hang in there!!! Oh and do continue to lay down some theories… yall are scaring me with how close yall are dancing around my evil evil plans :3

Seriously… some songs yall should listen too! We have songs that are Bishop and Donnie related, mixed with next chapter vibes and one that holds Mikey in the palm of its hand. :3

So, using psychological torture on Donnie, huh? They removed his and Mikey's trackers. Bishop is a damned wretch. She psychologically tortured Donnie to make him talk. Donnie was torn between telling truths and lies, using his desperation for water against him. I guess at that moment Donnie wished he wasn't a water turtle. Then she started torturing him physically, using his broken bones. You can really see Bishop's desperation as she insists like the lapdog she is + I felt chills while reading everything they did to Donnie.

And… in the end, they did the same shit to Donnie that they did to Raph…

(I'm already seeing the comforting buddy for this event)

I have a theory: their machinery is doing things similar to the Kraang (is that because they have a Kraang sister, like at the end of the movie, right?). They studied Kraang things, and that's why they know so much about the Kraang, because otherwise, I can't explain how they know about the Technodrome and how they know Donnie logged on just from his scars (moreover, how do they know he can "lodge"?).

I have so many questions and so few answers!!!! This episode literally left me like this:

Ahhh! @cureelemento I love your asks so much and I’m excited to get into it because you are picking up what I’m putting down!!! AND OMG YOU CALLING THIS AN EPISODE MAKES ME SO EXCITEDDD AH! Protocol: B is the best thing on TV dare I say lol

First, the tactics they used to get Donnie to talk were very much a war crime dare I say. However, desperate times and hurt people can breed cruelty. How they got him so dehydrated in the first place does twist my stomach… and unfortunately it’s a tactic they may use again if… well ;).

The whole Bishop and Donnie scene was her attempting to avoid the last resort… which is what I’ve been calling The Helmet as I’ve been developing it. This has been a theme with Donnie, the brains behind the operation has his brain analyzed and picked apart. Behold my sources for this device!

In 2k3 Donnie had been subjected too a helmet created by the Triceraton’s. Their goal was to find out where the fugitoid was, and Donnie knew where. It was thanks to Splinter though that they didn’t dig any deeper and cause Donnie any more pain.

In 2012, Mikey was the one who was subjected to that Triceraton helmet (though he seemed to enjoy the trip lol). Now, Donnie here was in a virtual reality playing a complicated game that would punish every time he messed up!

Now, I am kinda combining the two devices and adding my own little twist to things. Without giving too much away, I do love the idea of Donnie being strapped to this electric chair looking thing as well as his own mind and brain being used against him.

Writing this episode ;3 I had my head in my hands at one point just contemplating the gravity of everything this story is evolving into and just how dangerous things are about to get. When I finally finished writing this chapter, I couldn’t wait for you to read it ahh!

I shall leave you with this and that is I must congratulate you for connecting what’s going on with “The Helmet” to what the Kraang did to Raph… and literally how you are picking up what I’m putting down….

During initial booking, the specimen regained consciousness with an acute distress response. Its movements successfully restricted via existing restraints and added assistance from personnel.

Verbal output recorded.

Sedation dosage was adjusted and re-administered successfully.

The Primary Specimen returned to a non-responsive state where vitals were stabilized and the procedure was complete without further interruption.

INITIAL OBSERVATIONS,

Observed mystic energy output appears weakened, possibly due to physical state, reevaluate when Specimen is more stable.

Mystic Energy appears to be the source for the Affliction Cure.

Specimen anatomy derives from standard human baseline.

Alas! The EPF must do what is necessary in a world where aliens have festered and infested New York City. Where the smallest chunk of Goo could grow a whole new cluster. These aliens, these Kraang are a treacherous disease that has the world scared to the point where lines start to blur and answers must be extracted by any means necessary.

Now…what do yo do with a specimen who is in a useless state? That question has an answer that sends a chill down my spine.
