While the office is still in shambles from its abandonment. This freshly rejuvenated, newly reborn, finally clothed Narrator wanted nothing more than to find some peace in his own narrative. He needed a space to think, to create new ideas for The Stanley Parable 2.
From his own observations and lengthy expeditions with his annoying employee, at least ONE thing remained clean throughout the winding corridors of the office space. The elevator across the hall from the boss's office. It's not clear why the elevator remained untouched, but that doesn't bother Victor at all.
Victor stood in front of the elevator door, reaching out to press the elevator call button. Soon enough, the elevator dings its arrival. The doors gently slid open, revealing the pristine carriage for him. At long last, peace. He presses one of the buttons inside the elevator, eagerly awaiting the doors to close and for that calm, relaxing elevator music to begin.
The doors quietly closed, and the music began. That beautifully rhythmic Elevator Bossa Nova. There's nothing else quite like it- well, except maybe Good Job You Made it to the Bottom of the Mind Control Facility. It doesn't take long for Victor to begin humming along to it, even awkwardly dancing to it.
Now was his time to think, to create interesting concepts to present to the world. To work out when and how his Stanley was coming back- did his Stanley even die when both he and Elliot were forcibly eradicated from the world? Do Stanley's even die? Are Stanley's even real? Is he real? No, now he's derailing his own thought process. New concepts. New content. That's what he's here for! None of this existential stuff about life and death.
Victor let out a sigh as he began to think about his new ideas. More buttons, more corridors... more... stuff? Yes. That's what people like, more things, more stuff. Maybe he should rehire the Adventure Lineβ’ and Itsβ’ mini version. Maybe they could take the employees to a brand new area, a new office space- but what would be in there? Would the Lineβ’ stop working collaboratively with him again? What if they-
The elevator dinged, before coming to a slow stop. Victors eyes shot open as the doors slid open. At the doorway, was a person, looking as though they were going to enter his elevator. Why is there someone entering this elevator? Who are they? Who in their right mind is interrupting HIS elevator time? Where did they even come from?
Victor looks towards his new visitor, watching their every move closely.

It's been a ridiculously long time since he has physically been able to hang out with his best friend. They've hung out every now and then when Hellmourn permitted it, but he was a ghost.
Right now, he's sitting right opposite her. Physically. If he reached out to touch her shoulder or hug her, he'd actually be able to feel it.
"I'm really, really glad thats the case Thursday! The same goes for you as well, of course." Elliot smiled excitedly. "I think I might get really tired of this existence quickly. I wish they could've given me a new Narrator instead of sticking me back with Victor." Elliot folds his arms as he sits back in his office chair.
"I don't know, Victor said he wants to call this existence of the parable, The Stanley Parable 2, but I personally think that's really lame. I mean- he's just putting a 2 at the end of it and is adding barely anything new."
"Oh! And because it is the Stanley Parable- not the Elliot Parable. He wants me to carry something that's Stanley's." Elliot simply shrugs at her. "Whatever that means. He's working on it right now or something."
"Actually, he's become so obsessed with the number 2 now that my employee number changed." Elliot unclips his employee badge and hands it over to her. "Not officially, but he put that stupid 2 at the end of my employee number- like? No real office has 3852 employees. Also look at how bad his handwriting is?? It's like a child wrote the 2." He giggles a bit, because its right. The 2 is squished in at the end of his employee badge and its written in a thick paint marker, adding to the child-like nature.
"Anyway, enough rambling from me. How are you! What have I missed in the uh- 2..." He stops mid sentence to ponder the length oh his death. "2 years? I think?"

Hello! Yes! Victor and Elliot are coming back to life! Their original forms as killed off by me in 2023 or whatever year it was.
Since I stopped roleplaying and started my job, I found I've barely made anything fun and creative. I've spent so much of my time sitting in front of my PC not playing games or anything really.
I also found that making art made me feel miserable, which came as such a shock to me. Recently, I made collaborated and made art with my lovely girlfriend and that made me feel good. I think the idea of collaborating with people, mixing OC's/narratives together is something I really really miss.
Very recently, my girlfriend started playing The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe with me and watching her go through it the first time reminded me of why I loved TSP so much.
And that's why Victor and Elliot are back (plus Stanley and Mini Stan, when I get around to it).
I'll be posting some asks/prompt starters now before I go to sleep and then I'll get to answering them in the morning!!

REBOOTING SYSTEM...
An icy breeze blew through the void, a quiet rustling of leaves throughout. There were no lights, no living beings, nothing to activate the empty halls and spaces throughout. Not a single sound echoed throughout the void. Deep within the labyrinth of unknown windy corridors, sat a lonely room. This place has clearly been abandoned for a very long, long period of time.

The silence breaks within, as the sound of small fans emitted from a box within one of the rooms. The box itself began to whir, like something was attempting to bring itself to life. Soon enough, the room was illuminated by an old, boxy monitor that sat perched on a desk. The light from this device revealed an abandoned office. The growth of mysterious plants covered the desk, black mold stained the walls. Underneath the desk, was a lump of natural formed growth, covered in grass and delicate, beautiful flowers.
The mass underneath it began to shift, slowly rising and falling as though it were breathing heavily. An appendage began to emerge from the dirt, disturbing the settled grass and flowers clinging to it. It reached towards the edge of the desk Wormy, finger-like stems began to form at the end of the appendage. Its fingers began to shift, moving stiffly as though being awoken from an eternal slumber.
The silhouette of a body then began to rise from the earthen mass, flowers clinging to their body. Eventually, the form took the shape of a short, stout man. The dirt that covered the form began to flake off, falling to the ground beside it and onto the floor. Its frail, trembling hands began to wipe off the dust from the keyboard, the keys clacking as the hand sent dust particles through the air. A clump of grass fell off beside the keyboard, causing the form to turn towards its direction. It looks as though it wants to speak, but cannot. White text appeared on the monitor before the form.
The form reached for its chest, attempting to clasp at something that wasn't there. A pair of glasses perhaps? It wiped its eye sockets, attempting to free the growth. It partially succeeds, revealing its soft blue left eye. It moved its face closer to the monitor, squinting its only freed eye in an attempt to read the screen.
NARRATOR SYSTEM 2.0. BOOTING 79% COMPLETE.
Suddenly, the lights turned on, causing the form to flinch. It swiftly moved its arms in front of its eyes, protecting itself from the sudden brightness. Once the form had become adjusted to the light, it turned around to look at the space. Surrounding it, was a decaying office. The beige walls had begun to crumble, letting plants and other weird structure break into the room. The ugly orange carpets underneath were covered in a watery mud. Filing cabinets around the room had begun to rust. It then turned its attention down to its feet, seeing its form still entrapped within the weird mass it rose from.
Without hesitation, the form began to scrub as much of the dirt and growth from itself, sending chunks of grass and flowers onto the floor beneath them. Eventually, they could see their own pale hands, the skin on their arms, their legs, their chest. Its hands reached for their face, attempting to brush the dirt off their cheeks and out of their hair. They could feel their soft skin under their hands, their plump cheeks, their mouth, their short hair, the weird cowlicked strand that always seemed to sit perfectly in the middle of their hair.
The squelching of water could be heard behind the panicked form. It stopped in the doorway, clearly observing whatever was going on with the form.
"Ugh, the last thing I wanted to see when I've risen from the dead." Groaned the voice of a man, stumbling into the room. The form refused to turn around, focused solely on freeing itself from the mound of dirt. "At least I woke up with clothing on... I did not want to come back to life and see your pale ass immediately." The form froze. It was... naked? Wait. That voice was familiar to the form. As the other person began to make their way into the room, the form began to wipe madly at its mouth, hoping to give itself the ability to talk once again.
NARRATOR SYSTEM 2.0. BOOTING 99% COMPLETE.
"Elliot?" The form managed to speak, spitting out a loose bits of dirt. The man turned around to look at the form,
"Yeah? Victor? Ugh, let me help you." The man sighed. With great hesitation, the other man began to help the other form dust its face off. Gently, Elliot ran his hands over the forms other eye, freeing it from the gunk.
"We're alive?" Victor asks as Elliot continued to gently brush the dirt out of Victors hair.
"Apparently so. How? I don't know. But we are." Elliot stops, momentarily turning his attention back to the monitor.
NARRATOR SYSTEM 2.0. 100% COMPLETE.
WELCOME BACK VICTOR BRIGHTING AND ELLIOT HΓTTER.
The two looked at each other, watching each others faces closely. Victor reaches out for Elliot's upper arms, gripping him gently as he attempted to grip to the reality that both he and Elliot were alive. Elliot was frozen in place, his mind racing as he was attempting to process everything that's happening.
"What happens now that the Narrator System has booted?" Elliot asks Victor. Victor just shrugs in return.
