Breakfast stop! Stafford coffee! who knew Connecticut could be so cool! This coffee shop was amazing! Great coffee, great food and a cool building!! Right across was rustology; it was closed but it looked Awesome!!!! Guess we will just have to come back!

Our first night activity is a cruise on the schooner FAME it is a replica boat from the war of 1812- we got to see them fire off a swivel gun, we helped pull up the sails and drive the boat! It was a super fun tour of Salem’s harbor! We even saw fish and birds, and of course more lighthouses!
Lunch today is at Finz! It is along the water across from where we had lunch yesterday! Pitcher of white sangria! Pineapple goodness!! Buffalo calamari, crab nachos, and oysters with caviar and a splash of vodka. YUM
Along our 4 mile walk we passed Allison’s house from Hocus Pocus! We needed a snack along this walk and we found a French cafe and split a pear tart! So fresh!
In Salem you have to do the Witch Musuem! After the museum we walked through Salem commons where we saw they are setting up to film a Adam Sandler movie!
We then hit the national parks museum to get the stamps for the light houses we saw yesterday!

Salem likes to sleep in a lot of places didn’t open till 10! So our first stop was to visit a mural by Spanish artist Okuda done in 2017!
We saw his other work in Colorado two years ago! This painting is called witchcat! We then passed St. Nicholas another beautiful Orthodox Church!
Mom also got a polish/Russian sausage and we saw this bruins graffiti! Moms day!
Starting breakfast off at Brew Box in downtown Salem, cute little coffee shop! Mom got a grilled cheese and Kate a egg and Biscut sandwich with an iced red eye!
Salem by night! Ghostly spooky tour! We had a great tour guide who had a microphone so it was nice and clear when she spoke! We learned about history of Salem’s witch trials, a murder and Nathaniel Hawthorne history!
Salem Derby Warf!! Another lighthouse in Massachusetts! Now heading to the house we rented for the next two days!
Lunch is at Sea Level in Salem! We were very hungry! When we walked in they had a list of fresh oysters and one came from NJ! We got oysters, mussels in the most amazing tomato sauce(we drank the sauce like a soup), buffalo shrimp lettuce wraps! And then we added on chowder fries! Also having a local breath Tox & a glass of wine! YUM

Just a bunch of hocus pocus!!! First stops in Salem were to Max house and the opening village of the movie! The village was close for filming of another movie!!! Next stop lunch!
We had to stop at Walmart in Massachusetts at the request of Helen to get bruins gear! And she found plenty! Most in the clearance isle (since they lost)!
