Today the sun fell down. It was blazing its summer rays upon my face, still salty from the swim. Then a dark void swept over earth, all without sound. A black blanket fell upon the sand castle the children had made. And the sea made one last sweep over the sand, to eventually grasp all remaining castles in its grip, back to the ocean from whence they came. The dark blanket is still covering my face, my body. And I can't seem to shed it off. Today the sun fell down.
