WHO WE ARE: We are truckers, moms, students, nurses, doctors, investors, county workers, teachers, cowboys, loggers, engineers, sanitation workers, professors, cashiers, flight attendants, pilots, sales reps, physical therapists, WE ARE, fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, married, single, divorced, separated gay, straight. WE ARE Black, White, Brown, Asian, Native North Americans a multitude of nationalities WE ARE immigrants, natives, short, tall, fat, skinny. WE ARE living men and women of the free world.

To our elected officials that believe they rule us, you WORK for us. Our covenant was written to provide enough power to act on a national level but not enough to deprive the people of fundamental rights, liberties and freedoms. The people are prepared to see this through, as we have seen all of our fights for freedom through, and as in the past we will know victory and we will prevail and prosper.

One again as we did in February of 2022, we extend our hands in love and friendship to our brave and courageous neighbours to the South, our Americans brothers and sisters and our fellow Albertans. Together, we lock arms with our brethren in Australia, New Zealand, England, and India, united in our common cause of freedom and overthrowing the yoke of tyranny. The Alberta independence movement is at a critical juncture. While some advocate for a referendum as the pathway to independence, others argue for the establishment of a new political party to leverage newly elected representatives to compel the UCP government to hold such a referendum. However, both approaches may ultimately hinder the independence declaration. A referendum could complicate the movement, as the Clarity Act serves primarily as a delaying tactic, potentially stalling Alberta’s exit from Canada. If the process is prolonged, there is a significant risk that the independence movement could lose momentum.

To effectively advance the cause of independence, Alberta must recognize that the Statute of Westminster 1931 has declared all provinces as independent sovereign entities within the dominion. This means that any laws, decrees, policies, or directives implemented since December 11, 1931, are illegitimate under this framework.

The path to independence is straightforward: Alberta should declare its independence, draft a constitution, and elect delegates from the 87 ridings to participate in a constitutional convention for ratification. The constitution (or Covenant) of the Republic of Alberta has already been prepared since 2024; it merely requires ratification to take effect.

Next Steps and International Recognition

Upon declaring independence and ratifying the constitution, Alberta should seek recognition from other nations. Even if international recognition is slow in coming, it is essential for the people of Alberta to assert their status as an independent sovereign nation.

Subsequently, negotiations with the Dominion of Canada should commence to address restitution related to the Canada Pension Plan and other services, as well as the financial obligations owed to Alberta as it transitions to a fully sovereign state.

Alberta has already initiated trade talks with other countries, laying the groundwork for economic independence. However, crucial institutions must be established prior to the independence declaration, including an Alberta Pension Plan, an Alberta Police Force, Alberta Revenue Services, Alberta Border Services, and a Bank of Alberta, which could operate under the existing framework of Alberta Treasury Branch. These steps are vital to ensure a smooth transition and avoid complications in negotiations.
