its actually lemon cookies with pink strawberry flawored glaze. here is the recipe if someone is interested.

𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕠𝕜𝕚𝕖:

✿130 grams butter ✿one and half glass of granulated sugar ✿2 egg yolks ✿1 teaspoon baking powder ✿1 heaping tablespoon starch ✿A pinch of turmeric ✿2 heaping tablespoons lemon juice ✿Zest of 1 lemon ✿1.5 cups + 3 tablespoons flour

𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕘𝕝𝕒𝕫𝕖:

✿1/2 glass of powdered sugar(ı mix white and pink powderd sugar) ✿1 tablespoon milk ✿1 tablespoon lemon juice

(note: the glass ı mentioned is an average 200ml water glass)

𝕙𝕠𝕨 𝕥𝕠 𝕞𝕒𝕜𝕖:

✿ Mix all the cookie ingredients in a bowl and knead until everything is smooth and well combined. (I prefer to add the baking powder later.)

✿ Then shape the dough into small pieces. With these measurements, you can make 18–20 cookies

✿ Bake them at 170°C for 12 minutes.

✿ While they are still hot, gently press them with the bottom of a glass to give them a flatter shape

✿ Once the cookies have cooled to room temperature, mix the glaze ingredients and spread it over the cookies. It will harden over time
