៸៸ ✦ these are some of the methods i have made up to make scripting more fun! it also helps to shift ! ៸៸ ✦

1. the Jessica Jung Method જ ꩜

if you are deep in the Kpop fandom, you’ll known about THE jessica jung that was ousted (reason still debated till this day) out of her group. a few years later, she published books under the premise of “fiction” outlining very intriguing similarities to herself and her life.

in this method, you could write a short biography or “fiction” book like Jessica did about your dr life to a T. for fun, you could even embody your DR self and act as if you are writing a “definitely-not-tell-all fiction book”. who knows, maybe you’re under an NDA, or maybe you want to throw shade…. or, as i’ve said before, you could write a biography (an example that comes to mind is Britney Spears’ Woman In Me).

1. the Kisses to my Exes method જ ꩜

“kisses to my exes who don’t give a shit about me, kisses to the next ones who say they can’t live without me.” 🎶

you’re angry at an ex in your DR, or your partner, or someone who does not even exist but you’d like to channel your rage… tell them about your day in daily letters. tell them how much fun you’re having without them, even cuss them out if you’d like, tell them about your day to a T. while this is a longer form of scripting because it requires you to write just ONE script per day as if you’re writing a diary/letter, it’s a good way to immerse yourself in your DR and get scripting about the events in your life. you could even get specific and date your letters; that way the events will happen on that specific day in your dr :)
