  He muffles a laugh, placing his hands on his hips in the process. Someone thinks highly of themselves. 

                                      Regina looked back at the man,                                                                                                     shaking her head, not understanding                                                                                            why he would laugh. Does he know                                                                                               who she is? 

  "Neither am I. At least I’m fairly certain…"

"I don't think it's supposed to happen.....who are you?"

   Before he makes to introduce himself, he flares a nostril as if he’s smelled something rotten. 

[ She tilts her head, just a bit confused ---New York? That certainly wasn't a realm she'd heard of, ever. ]
