He wonders- what to do with his exposed belly hang. Hmm, as he approaches 600lbs it is inevitable that his cascading belly rolls will hang out from under his shirt. He could wear huge stretchy pants up to his navel and his expansive belly slap his knees when walks. He could wear pants with suspenders and a shirt big enough to cover his belly hang that is too large for the rest of him. He could wear a combo of stretchy pants and a bit smaller shirt that couldn't possibly cover his belly hang. My suggestion is to let that belly hang out! I mean, at your weight, we know you have a big belly! I know, if you just stay sitting your belly hang won't show as much! And, I can put this table or desk in front and no one will know! You'll just be a chubby cheek man behind the desk. No will see as I load the surface with so much food!! Always eating, insatiable appreciate and huge capacity. No one will see that your belly now rests on the floor. You're just always so hungry. Taking chugs from the hose that hangs at your side. No one's it leads to drum of melted ice-cream and gainer shake. So much huge rolls of belly and love handles hanging out! Huge moobs and upper arms! Don't worry, I'll take care of everything. You have a big job just keeping your hunger until control. And you work to eat enough to so you don't starve!! Such dedication and devotion!! I'm so proud of you! Such a fashion icon!! Now all the fat bois will be doing it! Swoon!!

I go to the same grocery store and periodically the butcher is out from behind the counter. I haven't seen him in about 9 months. Swoon, he is huge! From the back, his enormous love handles stick out under his white coat, so visually large, biggest love handles I've ever seen! He waddles now, slow and cautiously, better for me to take him all in! Oh, and yes, I stop and take in the breathtaking view!! His side profile shows his belly hang almost to his knees, even with his white coat on! Cute face, balding hair and bushy beard!! This is a man who loves his work, the food industry! Getting bigger and bigger than the last time I saw him. And yes, I always look, but he's usually behind the counter. I'll bet he gets all the day old stuff for himself. Can't let it go to waste!! He looked to be a good 450lbs this time! Can't wait to see him next time!!

I work in an Urgent Care, in a strip mall of fast food restaurantsbars and a gummie shop. It's actually not very busy. One night around midnight a very cute, very fat chub waddles in. I was ready to see him after just a few minutes. He was complaining of belly pain so I took him back to room. I then noticed how large he was, huge pendulous belly overhang swaying as he walked and a good 10 inches exposed. It was a hot summer evening so he wore stretchy shorts, flip flops and a tee with sleeve holes cut out long. His huge love handles and side moobs on display. His vitals were normal, but he complained his belly hurt in between a few burps. He lay back and I examined his abdominal area, or rather his huge gut. At the top it was tight as drum. The bottom apron was soft with hundreds of stretch marks, older and newer and very bright red towards the firm upper area under his moobs. As I palpated and pressed he moaned with pleasure, relief and long, deep belches.. he loved it and we got to talking. Finally he confesses, after extra gummies, he hit every restaurant. He gorgeous himself like a tick, the most he's ever eaten, so far. I asked why and he said he loves to eat, loves food and wants to be the biggest guy he can. I told him at 20 yes old, he's got plenty of time. After he ate some Tums and our talk, he said his belly hurt less. I said I was glad and noted how cute he really was, bright eyes, cute scruffy beard, moca brown skin! Adorable! He asked if I could check his abdominal area again. So yes, yes I did! I grabbed some lotion, took my time, although it took some time to lotion the belly of this 5'6" 545lb dude!! It didn't take long for him to buck in release. Yep, big wet spot on his shorts. Hehehe. He's been back every night, stuffed tighter and tighter, fatter and fatter. Every night I see his old Chevy truck pull in the lot around 8pm, working his was down the restaurants and bars, gorging and feasting until he can barely walk!! Lol. Yep, here come my regular!!

Got my coffee from my favorite coffee shop. Chatted a bit with that chunk barista! So cute and thick. Nice weather out and I spy a chunky boi out for a run. Tee shirt with cropped sleeves, a little tight. I watch as each moob bounces up and down in his shirt. Stopped dead in my tracks! Then the love handles! So large, also bouncing!! Honey, you need to stop, go get a snack and a shake!! You'll never drop those 75lbs in time for the beach! You were built for comfort!! Looking down, wet spot on my chinos!! Yesss!!
