Once simplyplural shut down, a lot of apps popped up into production. Simplyplural was an disability aid we used because it helped us track our haremates along with a few noticeable patterns in our system through time. Before its shutdown, we moved to pluralspace. We tried several other available apps during our search for a new app to use before simply's shutdown.

How come so many of these apps cater to endogenics? As well as CDDs? Like, these apps are disability tools. Isn't the whole endogenic ordeal being non-disordered, non-dissocistive, and non-traumatized??? You're not disabled? What do you need an disability tool to track your symptoms for if you claim you can be a system without the key factors that makes a system???

If you're going to make a disability aid, make it for the disabled. Dont invite these losers in. They're roleplaying a disability and actively trying to demedicalize a very serious disorder. That being said, yeah, I'm still using these tracking tools. I got nowhere else to go, and so far, pluralspace is what we're comfortable with using the most. I just wish there were more tools for CDDs alone.

I mean, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm always open to different perspectives and points. Just to me, it sucks. Why are we allowing these people aids if they don't really need them?

Many apps that are anti non-traumagenics are often riddled with privacy concerns, we have seen this time and time again, and with apps such as these, there is bound to be quite a bit of sensitive information! If the app owners can look through all your information and then ban you, then I do not consider that symptom tracking app/website safe. While i disgree with Non-traumagenics utilising these apps, there is not much one can do to prevent such a thing without privacy issues.

Additionally, it may be that some non-traumagenics are experiencing symptoms of a CDD, I am of the firm belief that some non-traumagenics may simply have trauma but are unawares of it due to the very nature of how a CDD works, and so barring them from that resource may cause problems to arise. <- this is not said in a "oh all non-traumagenics have a CDD they just do not know it" way, it is simply me expressing that there are some (keyword some) non-traumagenics that may actually have a CDD, but are unawares and are in denial of their symptoms, and these people deserve access to the same resources as a pwCDD. I am aware you said this excludes them in the rant, but i still wished to bring it up.

To end this post though, there is an app called "berrytree" that is expressly anti-endo, and we have had friends report that they quite like it, and if you are still looking for an app that is anti-endo, I am sure you can check them out! Links are below;

Now, even if we run with the assumption of endogenic systems being valid, the “plural” umbrella still proclaims to include CDD systems. “The future is plural” advocates for several good things when it comes to cdds: acceptance and education. That is where our benefits end.

Within the endogenic plural community there is an underlying idea of wanting more individuals to be plural. This idea stems from how forums like the lancers used to monitor soulbonding, cdd, and spiritual forms for recruitment. Now, it is found in jokes, niche kinks such as forceplural, and pushing people with mild symptoms into some form of plurality. This sentiment bleeds into “the future is plural” idea, in which they desire “more plurals”.

The funny thing about this is I do not think they realize that the haphazard shoving of cdd systems into plurality inadvertently implies that the future is plural means the future has more systems of all kinds, including cdd systems.

Either that, or subconsciously, pwCDDs are not plural to them, despite how much they claim we are. This is why they react so defensively when people point out that certain things in their community, that despite claiming to be for everyone, are designed for or only work in the context of endogenics.

To the pro endo, the future is plural does not include CDD systems. Their future is strictly endogenic, and we are an afterthought. The CDD system will never be prioritized in movements like these, because their community never accounted for people like us. They have built a subculture in which we were treated as lesser, and are now sloppily attempting to include us.

The only thing we have in common is both terms describing something based on fiction.

Being a fictive isn’t an identity for me or for most of our other introjects. I exist like this because a twelve year old went through something so traumatic that the current coping mechanisms they had weren’t enough to deal with it so their brain latched on to something that brought them comfort and made them feel safer. That has nothing to do with someone who identifies has a fictional character or who believes they were a fictional character in a past life.

I see most of this coupling of terms in general plural and pro endo spaces and that has led me to conclude that this is another example of endogenics treating actual disordered symptoms and behaviors like an identity. It feels as though this is them bastardizing one of the more “fun” or “interesting” parts of this disorder without fully understanding what it is or the reason it happens. Which is upsettingly common in these spaces.

It’s yet another form of ableism towards those with CDDs that has yet to be addressed or unpacked broadly by the system community. I don’t expect it to be even realized, though, as the general system community thrives off of this specific form of ableism, on both pro and anti endo sides. On the pro side of the community, they don’t acknowledge ableism for what it is because do not view systems as symptoms of CDDs and thus inherently disordered. On the anti side, they rarely acknowledge fictives being anything more than offshoots of a fictional character, but still claim to know fictives aren’t actually their source.

When people say things like "non-human alters can't consent because they aren't human," they are treating the experience far more literally than it actually is. In CDDs, non-human alters are still dissociative self-states within a human brain. Calling a non-human alter "incapable of consent because they're an animal" isn't a clinical concept—it's someone projecting their own assumptions onto an internal experience. For a lot of people, non-human identities are deeply connected to trauma, dehumanization, protection, symbolism, or how the mind organized overwhelming experiences. Telling those alters they're "basically animals" or that they have no autonomy can end up reinforcing the same dehumanization the alters are often coping with. I've said it once and I'll say it again, radnormals and others saying this have no clue of how CDD alters work. It's mostly full of singlet children who are usually repulsed by sex, so I wouldn't listen to them really. Ultimately, systems are still people. If the body is an adult, everyone involved is working toward recovery, and there is internal agreement and healthy communication, reducing a non-human alter to "an animal that can't consent" doesn't reflect how dissociative disorders are understood. It strips away the system/alter's agency by pretending that an internal identity is equivalent to a literal non-human creature. This includes littles too! You deserve to be treated as you want and not have your identity weaponized against you.
