Grimmjow would snort at the Shinigami’s question. Was it cliche to visit a cemetery on Halloween? Probably. Was it going to stop the two of them from doing so? More than likely not.

The former Espada liked the Autumn season. Not for Halloween or anything like that. Maybe he liked it when he was alive as a human? He didn’t know and he wasn’t crazy enough to go anywhere near the psychopath who was Captain of the 12th Division in the Seireitei. He liked his body parts where they were meant to be, thank you very much. He was initially iffy on Kisuke but the blonde hat-wearing man had proven that he could be... semi-trusted. If it weren’t for the scientist finding some of Szayelaporro’s old Arrancar/Espada gigai contraptions those who remained in Hueco Mundo wouldn’t be able to partake in anything in the World of the Living like this.

He could almost imagine it as the hollows be chasing the humans, but then devouring their souls as well. As a Shingami raised with also the ability to kill if threatened he wasnt normally fond of the humans even if they were to be protected. The only ones he tolerated were in Ichigo's circle or may have seen as friends. Being in the human world kept him away from most of the higher ups so its a good thing no one from the soul society was able to judge that mean streak in him. Adapting from survivoring in the dismal village and hanging around the influence of his squad friend Ikkuku toughen him up even more. Blood thirsty Kenpachi being his last captain before joining Squad 6 helped that dark reality. So it was natural for Renji having the desire to hang around the arrancar and he wouldnt let anyone stop him from it either.

Renji wasnt afraid of graveyards or anything even when a long time ago as a human back in the real world. Of course it was another figure of his past that he wasnt able to recall. Which didnt matter as a Shinigami as he observed that practice from others. On hallowed ground corpses of the dead would animate themselves as undead especially if they were woken up. At least that is what he heard from others.

During the halloween season lots of individuals would stay away from the crazy 12th captain Mayuri and anyone from his squad..that manufactured more severed body experimentation of any kind that he could find. So the red head was right there with Grimmjow wanting to stay away from the Seireirtti or Los Noches where Syzelporro loved his experiments too.

He continued to keep up with the blue haired arrancar as they began their exploring. "Of course not. I already know you have the furry ears from your resurrection Pantera so I wouldn't expect you to wear fake ones." His imagination for a moment thought about Grimmjow wearing the ears, may be cute but he only laughed.

"I can see you dressed as a fericious jagaur, demon, vampire or other scary creature. It fits you."

“But they are so tacky.” Renji scoffed in disgust as he glared at Ichigo and rolled his eyes when Ichigo was checking out the clothes dawning features.

“The most hilarious thing about that statement is that these are your clothes, you idiot.” Renji tried to  not laugh as he wasn’t allowed such clothing of any kind except the tradition outfit in the soul society. Then again this tacky outfit could also could have been hand me downs from the guy Ichigo calls Mr Hat and Clogs.

Ichigo stared at Renji for a moment as if he’d just said the stupidest thing he’d ever heard. He hadn’t, but it was pretty damn close to it. “Renji,” he said, slowly as if speaking to a small child. “ Those aren’t my clothes. I dunno whose they are, but they sure as hell aren’t mine. You’re a goddamn giant and I like tight clothes. ” He tugged slightly on his skinny jeans to emphasize his point. “ Nothing I own would even begin to fit you. ”

He glances at Ichigo's room seeing how disorganized it was had been with cluttered papers everywhere and some clothing hanging around the chairs.

"Your room looks like it was hit by a hurricane. Or are you going to blame it on Kon?"
